Now he need something to activate the Rinne faster. If it's just to merge bothe genes, then Jon should get Rinnegan by now, but he need something else. Jon have found a possible way, but he need to test it.
"I will train in seclusion, so i'll leave other Zetsus with you. You can tell them to help with anything. I'll only go with Zetsu #1, so you can tell me if there's an emergency."-Jon

Jon leave Zetsu #2-4 to Jane, and he go with #1. He go to Alabasta's ship & find Vivi to tell her that he will train in seclusion. He meet with Cobra, but the old man just lay on his bed like a lazybump.
"Did you really want to participate?"-Jon
"Of course, i can't forgive what they've done to us, and to father."-Vivi clench his fist
"I prefer that you stay behind, but i know you won't listen. So i will allow it, but promise me to not charge forward and stay on the rear! Don't move alone, and move on group or at least with one more person that can cover you up, maybe Jane or Nami! Don't be reckless too in the battlefield."-Jon
"Alright, alright, i will be careful, i'm not a child that will do reckless thing."-Vivi pout
"Vivi, i'm serious, don't be reckless, and never, NEVER follow your impulse, or it will cause you your life."-Jon have a strict expression

"Good, i trust you."-Jon rub Vivi's hair
After talking with Vivi, Jon teleport to Impel Down Level 5,5. This is the best place to have seclusion, and there's no disruption here. Also, if something happen, then Jon wouldn't mind if this place is destroyed.
'Are you sure this is the right method?'-Kurama
"Who knows, we need to try it if we want to know."-Jon
Jon make 7 clones and they all surround him. Jon & his clones sit crosslegged and meditate. Then, they all start to absorb Nature chakra to their body.
Jon start to flow nature chakra in each of his chakra vein. His clones didn't do the same, but they turn the nature chakra into each elemental chakra. Fire, water, earth, wind, lightning, also Yin & Yang.
They flow the elemental chakra to Jon in same quantity at slow & same pace. Jon absorb the elemental chakra to his body and flow them in each of his vein like the normal senjutsu chakra.
"Stop!"-Jon
All the clone stop, and Jon release all the nature chakra he absorb.
"I can feel something, but it's not quite right. If i continue this, my body won't be able to handle that much Senjutsu, and i might become a wood statue."-Jon
'You take too much senjutsu with all these clones & yourself taking it. You need to reduce the amount of what you take. Also, the elements composition seem to be wrong.'-Kurama
"Hmm, let's try some compositions."-Jon
Jon is trying to purify his chakra using senjutsu chakra. The only thing that Jon think can purify his chakra is senjutsu. And he also think that he need all basic elements to purify it.
It's because chakra fruit is the purest form of chakra. But chakra fruit also have all type of chakra basic elements, including Yin & Yang. The source of chakra must have all basic elements.
Jon think like this because through generations, chakra's pureness will reduce. It's like diluting some liquids with water. Chakra also got reduced in quality or quantity over generations because of marriage with non chakra user.
That's also why Senju have higher chakra quantity than other clans. Uchiha's & Hyuuga's eyes also show their superior chakra quality. Because they're from the closest lineage with Kaguya, the chakra fruit eater. It's also the reason for marriage inside the same clan, to avoid dillution.
Madara's case also make Jon think like this. With Hashirama's cell on his body, Madara's chakra got purified over time. It finally reach Hagoromo's level of purity when he's about to die, showing how far the dillution in his chakra is.
Well, that's just Jon's theory, but it's really make sense to him. That's why to reach the closest chakra quality with Hagoromo or Kaguya, he need to purify his chakra. Quantity can be raised over time, so he's not that worried.
Jon try many combination of elementals quantity. He keep trying for some hours, and finally find it. He need Yin + Yang = Fire + Earth + Water + Wind + Lightning. Each Yin & Yang have equal amount, and each of the 5 elements have equal amounts too.
"Okay, so it's 2,5 Yin & Yang, and 1 Fire, Earth, Water, Wind, & Lightning. Then i don't need to take any nature chakra, just need to flow my chakra while my clones flow the elemental senjutsu in my chakra veins."-Jon
'Will this really work though?'-Kurama
"It will work, i'll make it work. There's no way in hell i'm gonna wait for decades like Madara. I need it now, and Rinegan will give me high boost in power."-Jon
'Yeah, yeah, yeah, just don't explode, kid!'-Kurama smirk
"If i'm explode, i'll take you with me."-Jon

Jon start his attempt to purify his chakra with senjutsu. First, he flow Yin & Yang chakra on his chakra veins. Then he start adding the 5 elements in it slowly.
Now Jon finally feel it, the change in his chakra. He feel his chakra quantity reduced very slowly, but it feel stronger now. It's like he change from drinking tap water to mountain water.
However, Jon didn't know how long it will take for him to reach the level he need. Still, he need to continue, because he have done it. Even if he didn't reach it before the deadline, purer chakra will give him more power, maybe.
Jon continue for 3 days & night without rest, or eat. He can keep going because of nature chakra that became like nutrients to his body. He is a part of nature when he use nature chakra, so he don't need to eat or sleep.
Jon's skin looks very dirty now, but it's not dust. His skin is getting replaced by new skin every hour. Now the dead skin became very thick on his body, and some parts like on his left side of face have cracked & fell on the floor.
"Boss, it's been 3 days."-Zetsu #1
Jon move his body, and the dead skin layers start to peel off. When all layers fell, Jon look very fresh and he's naked. His clothes also torn when he peel the skin, so he wear a new clothes.
"Damn, 3 days are not enough. I keep getting closer, but it also keep getting away. Did i miss something?"-Jon
Jon can't think of anything, so he decide to do his job now. But he suddenly smell something bad, and realize that it's him. So he decide to take a shower, because this level actually have a shower.
After finishing his shower, Jon teleport to Sabaody to meet Rayleigh, and it's already night outside. He really feel the change on his body after this teleportation. He use a lot less chakra now, and his affinity with space & time have increase.
"Quality really change everything, i can feel stronger even with less chakra. Altough high quantity is good, but if the quality is bad, then it won't be great, and so is the opposite."-Jon
Jon toss aside this problem and go to Shakky's bar. He meet with Shakky, and she tell Jon that Rayleigh coat the ship on Groove 35. Jon go to that groove and find the ship's coating has been finished.
Jon approach Rayleigh that sitting on a Mangroove root. He also see the pirates are amazed at their ship and the coat. Well, he has the same reaction when he saw the coat at first too.
"Is it ready?"-Jon
"Yeah, i've also told them how to operate it, so no problem. Now, you better tell me what you're gonna do with the ship. I doubt you just want to go to Fishman Island with that."-Rayleigh
"Well, the ship will go to Fishman Island, so don't doubt it. But i will not go to Fishman Island now with them here."-Jon
"Hmm? Did you just want to send them there?"-Rayleigh
"Of course not, there will be more guests, a lot more people that will follow them to Fishman Island."-Jon grin
"Who?"-Rayleigh
"The current slaves on Mary Geoise, who will soon be ex-slaves."-Jon
"!?"-Rayleigh widen his eyes
The madlad Jon is actually want to go to Mary Geoise and free the slaves. Something that no one other than Fisher Tiger dare to do. Maybe someone has done it before, but the only record of successfull attempt was made by Tiger 14 years ago.
"Are you serious?"-Rayleigh
"I am, and i won't do half assed work like Tiger. I will bring them to safety after releasing them. Thus, they'll go to Fishman Island for temporary shelter."-Jon
"!? So that's how it is. Fishman Island is very deep & far. It's not easy to reach that place even for Marine & WG. Even if they want to, they won't have time for it with the war in front of their face."-Rayleigh
"Excactly, they won't even try to chase the slaves to Fishman Island. If it's on another island, they'll send some free agents, or even pay people like bounty hunters to take care of it."-Jon
Jon's objective is to create chaos in WG's body. He want to free the slaves, that's for sure, but he also need timing. And this is the best time to do it.
With the slaves gone, those scum nobles will cry like babies and demand for their slaves to be catch again. However, the WG won't have time & mens to spare with the war brewing.
It's not only because of the war, but also because of the slaves disappearance. They'll know that someone is helping the slaves, so that means that Mary Geoise is not safe. With the war brewing, WG will prioritize Mary Geoise's safety over finding the slaves.

Jon go to the Red Line by running through the sea. Then he climb the Red Line easily with his power. He reach high altitude in a short time, and almost reach the top.
Before reaching the top, Jon enter the ground and merge with it. Then he make a room in the ground, and expand it to be very wide. He make many wood clones and then they all spread to free the slaves.
The clones will free the slaves stealthily, and the dark sky will make it easier. Most people should be asleep now, so they just need to be careful of the guards. Jon's stealth skill is top grade, so he's sure no guard will detect him & his clones. He just need the slaves to cooperate and not create ruckus.
While his clones free the slaves, Jon go to each corner of the city to plant something in the ground. He also place many Thunder God seal marks on his way, and his clones also do the same.
After more than 2 hours, Jon return to the room he made underground. In the room, there are many people that have been freed by his clones. All their explosive collars have been removed by his clones, so they're safe.
"Finished?"-Jon
"We're double checking now."-Clone 1
Jon nod and wait for the clones that do the double check. After sometime, some clones return with some womans that only wear something like blankets or towels.
"They're the last batch, we found them in those scums' bedroom, naked."-Clone 2
There's no need to ask about what they do to these womans in bedroom, and Jon didn't want to remind them of it by asking.
"The scums?"-Jon
"Dead, without any noise."-Clone 2
"Good, phase 2, finished."-Jon
