Though there was a slight hint lack of respect in Jing Lihua tune, from beginning to end she hadn't used any vulgar language. All she had done was to counter Elder Su's words with reasonable retorts. Listening to the exchange of words between the two, one could easily tell which one was in the wrong.     

After all, before Madame Bao's arrival, Su Donghai didn't care to keep an air of righteousness. And after a round of words from Jing Lihua, he had shed his mask.     

During the process, Su Donghai's had tried to stop Madame Bao once or twice. But the water was already over the head. And if it was Jing Lihua alone, he could have done everything. But with Madame Bao, he couldn't be forceful. She was the mother of that tyrant Li Zhiqiang. Never in his lifetime, would Su Donghai forget that.     

When Jing Lihua looked up, she saw Su Donghai's hands tightened into fists with anger. His knuckles were turned white. However, his face was impassive, not showing any signs of distress. The servants around them had also put their heads down as if wanting to avoid Su Donghai's gaze. All of them wanted to disappear from the scene but none of them dared to move a step. Jing Lihua was amused at the situation.     

"Elder Su, although Xiao Jing tune was a little arrogant in the recording, I didn't hear her say to use any obscene word. I am confused. Could it be that Elder Su had heard wrong?" Madame Bao still continued to pretend to be on Su Donghai's side.      

"This is not it." Su Donghai's eyes darkened. In no way, he would admit it. "Madame Bao, just like you said the recordings on her phone are uploaded on her company's network clouds. I bet she must be having countless people check and scrutinize the data. The part where she had been disrespectful towards me is absent in the recordings. It has clearly been deliberately cut out." Su Donghai was very smooth in his words. After once again acquiring a solid ground to stand on with his smart words, Su Donghai's initial embarrassment disappeared. He forced a disdainful look over his face and looked at Jing Lihua with disgust in his eyes. "Jing Lihua, I must say you are very clever. But whatever you do wouldn't change the reality. I believe Madame Bao is smart enough to judge whether you are trying to mislead everyone or not."     

Jing Lihua couldn't say she wasn't amazed at this man's shrewdness. In a situation where he was completely discredited, he didn't panic. Even though he was distressed for once, he never let it appear. Not only that but also he quickly worked out the most suitable excuse.     

He would do anything to save his face.      

"Elder Su, you are right. I am smart enough to judge whether Xiao is being dishonest or not." Madame Bao said slowly. Suddenly, her lips curled up. A light flashed across her eyes. It was like a chameleon quickly changing its color. "Hearing the recording, it is clear that no part had been removed. Even if we ignore that, Su Donghai, are you ignoring the fact that Mealor Mansion comes with top-notch security? Every sort of signal is jammed in here." Finishing up, Mamae Bao gave her characteristic charismatic laughter.      

Su Donghai was shocked for a second. When he looked at Madame Bao, he understood something.  'This woman wasn't even on his side. Now that she countered him to defend Jing Lihua, she had made it clear that she had been on Jing Lihua side all along.'      

"Now the matter is over, let me tell you the reason I had visited the Mealer Mansion in the first place." Madame Bao looked at Jing Lihua. She walked to her and grabbed her hand. "I came to help out Xiao Jing, in case any of you tried to bully her. And I came to tell you... She is not alone."     

"You... two..." Su Donghai was shocked.     

Without waiting for Su Donghai's response, Madame Bao guided Jing Lihua to their way out.     

If it was Jing Lihua alone, Su Donghai wouldn't have let her leave so easily. But now that it was Madame Bao along her side, he didn't dare make a move and get the Li family against him.     

Their laughter echoed as they both left hand in hand. When the noise of footsteps faded in a distance, silence engulfed the place.     

"Now what are you all standing here for?! Scram!" Su Donghai erupted shaking all the servants. They quickly left leaving him alone with his thoughts.       

"How did she manage to get this close with the Li family?" Su Jiayi had told him that Jing Lihua had gotten close to Madame Bao during her stay in Hong Kong. But with today's situation, the way Madame Bao's traveled all the way here just to defend Jing Lihua, their bond felt like far stronger than simple friendship. It was like one would defend a family member.       

"This is unexpected! What sort of trickery she used for this?" Su Donghai felt like his nerves going to explode. After a moment he smirked. "We had engaged in business ties with Li Zhiqiang that are no less important than the Southern Estate Project between Li empire and Jing corporates."     

A laugh echoed in the balcony. Su Donghai slowly looked up. Looking at the person standing there, a disgusted look flashed over his face.      

"Do not underestimate her, Elder Brother." Su Guozhi descended from the stairs with light steps. His hands very folded behind his back. His expressions were very calm. A light smile played over his lips.     

"How long had you been here?" Su Donghai tune was cold. It felt more like he was talking a foe than a brother.     

Su Duozhi's smile froze. His eyes were cold as marble. "Long enough to witness my Elder Brother totally humiliated. Looking at your age and experience, I didn't expect that Elder Brother would lose in front of a child younger than half your age. This is especially true after seeing my whole life how you had always been successful in every trick you have pulled." He smiled once again. "What a nice change of air to see you lose face once in a while. I look forward to seeing more of this in the future."
