Although the Death Penalty Was Spared, Severe Punishment Needed to Be Carried Out

The problem was that not just one person saw Wang Yao jumping. Everybody in the car witnessed his astonishing movements.

"Where has he gone?" someone in the car asked.

"I didn't see clearly," another person said.

It was still raining. The temperature was a bit low in the car. The guys in the car shivered from the cold.

"I hate the weather," the man in his 40s said as he kept wiping sweat off his face. "I think I'm going to die."

His companions were all surprised to hear that.

"Boss, are you alright?" one of his men asked. "You can't have an episode here."

"I can't control it," the man in his 40s said.

"Are you going to have an episode?" one of his men asked.

They suddenly heard someone shout, "Go away!"

The men all started to have bad headaches. The men standing in the corridor covered their heads due to the pain. It was as if someone hit their heads with a hammer. It was a horrible feeling.

"Who shouted just now?" the leader of the group asked as he covered his bald head with his hands.

"Yao, how come you are back?" Zhang Xiuying asked.

"Mom, Dad, are you alright?" Wang Yao asked.

"Yeah, we are alright," Zhang Xiuying said.

"You should call the police if strangers come to our house again." Wang Yao looked at the men coldly. "Get out of here!"

The men suddenly felt like they were deaf. They had just started feeling a bit better when Wang Yao shouted at them again. They couldn't stand still. All of them were in tears.

They all felt like they were about to pass out, so they rushed out of the house.

Bang! The person at the front banged his head on the door.

Finally, they were all out of the house and took a big sigh of relief. They were confused about what was going on. They also felt dizzy. Their heads hurt so bad it was as if they were about to explode. They wished they were dead.

"Sh*t!" The bald guy suddenly took out a blade. His eyes were red like a monster. His men weren't sure what he was going to do or if he was going to kill someone.

Whiz! The man with the blade in his hand banged heavily on the wall.

"Boss! Boss!" his men shouted in shock.

They were unsteady, but they had to help the bald guy stand up

"Good, boss is still alive," one of them said. "Do you know who he is?"

The bald guy suddenly opened his eyes and shouted, "Kill him!" He quickly passed out again.

His men were all unsteady on their feet. They covered their heads with their hands. They would have been happy to walk out of the village alive. They had no desire to kill anyone.

Given their current condition, as they were struggling to take care of themselves, no one cared about their boss. They just wanted to get out of the village as soon as they could in case something even worse happened to them.

They held onto the wall and stumbled out of the village as fast as they could.

"What the hell is going on?" The people sitting inside the car watched the men leaving the village like drowned mice.

"Let's get out to have a look," one of the men in the car said.

Five people got out of the car to check on the men, who were all pale-faced and bleeding from their noses.

"Where is the boss?" a man asked.

"In… inside," another man said.

The men who had been waiting in the car saw their boss lying on the ground. They were not sure whether he was dead or not. A blade was lying next to their boss. It looked like a fried dough twist.

"What happened?" a man asked.

In the lane, which was only 164 feet long, a young man was standing in the middle looking at them coldly.

"Yao?" Two more people came out to look at them with concern.

"Everything is alright here, Mom and Dad," Wang Yao said. "Go home. Leave them to me."

Wang Yao didn't expect the bald guy to be carrying a blade with him. He was certain the group of people were not nice.

"Don't hurt anyone too bad," Wang Fenghua said.

"I know. I won't kill anyone," Wang Yao said.

They didn't have to die, but they would suffer. No one was supposed to behave atrociously in his village.

"Take your boss and get out of here," Wang Yao said. He was not particularly loud, but his voice was like thunder in the men's ears. The men almost went deaf.

They covered their ears. "What the hell is this? Lion roar?" one of them complained.

The men picked their boss up from the ground and carried him down the lane as fast as they could. They got into the car, started it, and drove off.

"What happened to the boss?" one of the men asked as he looked at his unconscious boss.

Everyone in the car was still panicking.

"What did you say? Can you speak louder?" another man asked. "I can't hear you,"

"What is wrong with our boss?" the man asked again.

"I still can't hear you. Never mind. Let's talk about it later. We need to go to the closest hospital," the other man replied.

Their ears were still ringing. They couldn't hear anything. They drove the car as fast as they could to Lianshan's town center.

"What happened to you?" the doctor in the emergency department asked.

All the men were wearing formal suits in hot weather. The doctor was surprised to see the mud on their suits. He began to wonder if they enjoyed jumping up and down in muddy puddles.

"Doctor, I can't hear anything!" a young man shouted.

"What the hell!" The doctor was startled.

"Me too!" another man shouted.

"What?" The doctor was surprised that none of them could hear.

He examined all of them and found they all had hearing impairments. They wouldn't become deaf, but their hearing would be limited.

"What happened to you?" the doctor asked.

The hearing impairment seemed to be caused by loud noises. However, they didn't look like they worked in a noisy environment.

"They bumped into a kung fu master in the village," a man casually said. His hearing was not affected.

Pan Jun had just happened to overhear the conversation in the emergency room. He took a good look at the men. They had tattoos on their wrists and necks. However, none of them looked like an artist.

"Can you please take a look at our boss?" a guy asked.

"Director," the doctor in the emergency department said as soon as he saw Pan Jun.

"What is going on?" Pan Jun asked.

"Their hearing is damaged. I suppose they also have mild concussions. As for this one, his problem is more serious." The doctor pointed to the bald guy lying on the bed. "He has fractured his right arm and ribs. I also suspect internal organ damage and bleeding in the abdominal cavity."

"Is it serious?" the young men waiting to the side asked.

"Yes, very serious. He could die from the condition," the doctor said.

"What are you waiting for?" one of the young men asked. "Save him!"

"Are you the doctor or I am?" the doctor grumpily asked.

"OK, you are the doctor," the young man said. "Can you please hurry up? I beg you!"

"Get the paperwork done first. Don't forget to take his ID card," the doctor said.

"Send him for an examination," Pan Jun said.

The results of the examination came out quickly. There were three fractures in the bald buy's right arm, and three of his ribs were broken. He also had a fracture in his right leg. His spleen was mildly damaged, he and was bleeding in his abdominal cavity.

"Gosh, it's so serious," the doctor said. "Was he injured in a car accident?"

"Not really." The bald guy's young fellows swallowed their saliva.

"Oh my god, in a blink of an eye, our boss ended up like this. That young man must be a hiding kung fu master," one of the young men said.

"He needs surgery immediately," the doctor said. "By the way, what is the relationship between you and him?"

"Oh, well, we work for him," a young man said.

"Who can represent his family to sign the form?" the doctor asked.

The young fellows looked at one another.

"Well, Doctor, just one second," the driver said. He took a deep breath and made a phone call.

"Mr. Nan, yes, I'm Jiu. Mr. Wen is badly injured," the driver said.

"What? What the hell is going on? Where is he?" Mr. Nan asked.

"We are all in Lianshan's town center. Mr. Wen is going to need surgery. Otherwise, he will die. Yes… OK… I'll sign." The driver hung up and signed the paperwork.

The bald guy was pushed into the surgery room.

"Who is this guy?" a nurse asked.

The medical staff looked at the bald buy, who was well-built and had a dragon tattoo. The dragon tattoo was vivid. It attracted the attention of the nurses and doctors.

"He must be a gangster," a doctor said.

The medical staff didn't like gangsters. They didn't want to come across them and have them bring trouble to the hospital.

"Shall we start?" the surgeon asked.
