Battle Frenzy

In fact, among the four major tectonic plates, the one with the most wars was not the Federation or Kaiser, but South America. The population was relatively concentrated, and coupled with the wild fanaticism caused by the dimensional forces, the warriors here were also the most warlike. Other than the battles with mutated beasts and dimensional beasts, the battles between humans for resources were ongoing every day. Battles of all sizes were happening all the time. This also made the warriors of Amazon and Pampas more confident in their own strength. In the long fight for survival, their attitude towards life and death here became different from other worlds.

For example, the Freedom Federation called their current plate the Freedom Continent. The Kaiser Empire called North America the Continent of Hope, and the people of the Rainforest World became their current world the Heros' World, while the African world preferred to call their plate the Pyramid World. In the darkest of times, the Pyramid became their spiritual salvation, and the people of this board proudly survived. Miraculously, all those terrifying mutant insect legions seemed to automatically circumvent the Pyramid, whether by chance or by necessity. Yet they became the spiritual backbone of this world.

Of the four tectonic plates that survived the dark period, the Pyramid World still had the harshest conditions. The bodies of the new humans were strengthened, but the desert had become a forbidden zone. Humans could only approach the periphery, and once they went deeper, they would not be able to come out. However, the advantage was that the oasis was expanding. The dimensional force was to make the nirvana more silent and the vigorous more vigorous, and the oasis was the focus of the contention.

However, unlike the Hero's Rainforest World, the Tutankhamun Empire still ruled over here. This was because they had a unified belief. Apart from small-scale battles for resources, the entire Tutankhamun Empire was very united internally. Of course, this was also due to the threat of the most terrifying mutated insect legion in the four major worlds.

Technically speaking, this place was undoubtedly the most backward. Even a communication tool like Skylink was a luxury in Tutankhamun's empire, a symbol of status and identity. They were now very reliant on the food production of the Federation, but the Tutankhamun Empire was also the place where the most powerful warriors were born.

In the Tutankhamun Empire, one could apply to enter the Free Federation if their strength reached a certain standard. If one obtained permission, they could become a member of the Federation and leave that dangerous place forever.

This was a policy that was only open to the Tutankhamun Empire. In the most contradictory world of life and death, some gifted warriors would often be born. This was also the law of the new era.

In the boundless desert sea, trees were dotted everywhere, they were rows of sand willow trees, as if they were injecting life into the originally silent desert.

The sand willows could be considered the most precious thing in the Tutankhamun Empire. They were not afraid of radiation and were even more exuberant because of it. Their thick roots were deeply rooted in the sand and were tens or even more than a hundred meters long. They extended all the way to the water source underground, creating oases on this desolate land. They became the stronghold that countless Tutankhamun citizens relied on to survive and also became the unique scenery of the Tutankhamun Empire.

Although the Tutankhamun Empire also had a few relatively prosperous cities, the entire empire was mostly made up of these oases isolated in the yellow sand.

However, even if it was an oasis, resources were scarce. Coupled with the dry and hot environment and the frequent beast tides that appeared in the desert, these almost defenseless oases were extremely tough. Those who could survive were all new humans. Even if they did not have particularly strong combat power, they were still extremely tough. The people here would be inspected as soon as they were born. Those who did not have new human genes would be directly executed. In fact, even if they were not executed, being exposed to radiation was enough to make them unable to live past two or three years old, wasting food and resources for nothing. The food and resources here were obviously much more valuable than the survival rights of ordinary civilians.

The Varzina oasis was one of the many oasis territories of the Empire, a small place at the edge of the desert. In the Pyramid World, the living areas of the new humans were centered around the oasis. The strong made the rules and occupied the right to rule. The highest leader of the oasis was the warlord. Every warlord of Tutankhamun had to follow the laws of the Tutankhamun Empire. Once again, within their own dominion, they could make their own rules.

It was noon. The sentinel, who was standing on the watchtower, suddenly woke up as if he had sensed danger. Being chosen as a sentinel, he had an extremely sensitive intuition for danger. He looked nervously in a certain direction in the desert.

Everything seemed normal there, but the sentinel felt a presence approaching that terrified him. Even the glaring sunlight in the sky seemed to be enveloped by a gloomy cloud. He tightened his grip on the horn, ready to blow at any moment. Sweat dripped uncontrollably from his hand.

Suddenly, in the direction where he sensed danger, a shadow appeared on the horizon, moving slowly. The person walked very slowly, but his speed seemed to be very fast. With the help of the telescope, the sentinel quickly saw what was happening.

It was a bald young man who was not even twenty years old. His forehead was as bright as a light-reflecting prism, and there was a strange coffin on his back that was shining with a blue light. His face was abnormally calm, and it was obvious that this young man was not an ordinary person.

Having been in this doomsday for so long, he had seen many people with unique skills and weirdness. This kind of outfit and presence was something that the sentinel was used to. If there was really any danger, the young man's expression wouldn't have been like this, much less walk so calmly.

The sentinel heaved a sigh of relief. The death aura that he had sensed earlier seemed to dissipate significantly. He laughed self-deprecatingly. Perhaps he had a nightmare while he was napping. Although the job of a sentinel seemed to be easy, the constant pressure that they were under was something that others could not understand.

As he thought about this, the bald man had already arrived at the entrance of the oasis. He showed the Empire's pass and insignia, and the sentinel heaved a sigh of relief. In the desert, it was best not to provoke such a strange person. With a wave of his hand, he had the guard below open the entrance.

Although Varzina Oasis was small and had a sparse population, there were often travelers from the desert passing by here due to its role as the only supply point in the vicinity, making this place relatively lively. There were all sorts of small stalls along the streets, most of which had all sorts of strange materials. Even though the Tutankhamun Empire issued a common currency, due to the turmoil in the empire, it was common for the currency to devalue and rise in value like a roller coaster. Therefore, those paper-like things did not have much appeal to these merchants. Almost all of them traded for items.

Before the cataclysm, the African continent had been a paradise for black people. The dark elements in their skin had undergone a miraculous change that could resist the harmful substances in the ultraviolet rays and absorb radiation energy. With the mutation of the new humans and the even more harsh radiation environment, such characteristics gradually stabilized, and of course, it caused their skin to turn black and shiny.
