Purple lazily opened his purple eyes while laying down upon a messy chicken-nest-like hair after feeling the young man stop walking for a second before turning to a different direction, swaying once in a while.     

"... Papa bug, it's time for you to take a bath again."     

The alcoholic smell on your body is too strong to ignore.     

In their situation, Purple can only let the young man soak in a shallow river.

Even without a proper state of mind and without having any idea of the other party's identity, Purple understood that the young man's instinctual reaction of overprotectiveness regarding the people he had chosen as 'his' had once again taken over.     

Meaning taking out every enemy he sees.     

So, it wasn't surprising when Purple watched the fighting style the young man is getting known for, the 'Drunken Style' martial arts, appearing.     

Oh, do you think his Papa bug luckily dodged the attack as his body swayed around? You are completely wrong!     

The longer the fight goes on, the more it becomes quite obvious that they aren't really fighting a drunkard with an undependable appearance.     

So this deceptively swaying slender figure can easily dodge all the attack like a slippery eel while that pair of small delicate hands became extremely deadly. One punch and the enemy is already down, not knowing if the latter is still breathing.     

With the unknown addition in dealing with the prepared ambush aimed toward the three young ladies of the Shao family, it was quite easy to take them all down.

So among the many assassins sent to deal with the Young Mistresses of the Shao Family, there is only one person left alive.     

"Well damn, that's an impressive fighting style."     

Shao Yao couldn't help but make a low whistle of appreciation while flicking the blood off of her sword.     

At the same time, Shao Yanlin had put her double-edged sword back in its scabbard while there was curiosity instead of fear in her eyes toward the stranger's sudden appearance in their moment of danger.     

As for the youngest lady among them siblings, Shao Chia, her lips had been slightly pursed while putting down the bow in her hands before making an arrogant snort.     

"...Sister Yao, he looks so silly though."     

"Now, Chia, didn't we tell you to stop talking with that kind of attitude?"     

Shao Yanlin shook her head after her younger sister showed an arrogant attitude to the person that had helped them. Although, she also understands that it wasn't because her younger sister looked down upon the young man doubtful appearance.     

It was just the way her younger sister is. Such a personality is honestly worrying. They can't always be there to help her out, and someday, it will lead her to a dangerous situation.     

"But Sister Yanlin, I'm telling the truth though!"     

Sigh…     

Shao Yanlin once again shook her head before turning to the young man with an extremely gentle and kind expression on her face, completely showing how she had inherited the same attitude as her biological mother, Su Yanmei.     

Of course, everyone knows that in the entire Shao Family, there is no one who genuinely has a gentle temperament. Even in the previous life, Shao Cheng was just good at pretending. How could you even smell it when I absolutely made sure that the lid is tightly closed???     

Shao Yao shouted with her eyes widening in shock and surprise at the sudden actions of the young man that had helped them out but then turned into a thief in just a split second. However, surprisingly, she doesn't feel any disgust or loathe about what had just happened and simply found the situation completely funny.     

At the same time, Shao Yanlin slowly raised her long sleeves to cover half of her face, trying to stop the unlady-like loud guffaw from escaping her lips. Despite that, her surprise at the young man's action disappeared in just a matter of a few seconds.     

Just based on the drunken look of the young man, along with the strong smell of alcohol, it's quite obvious that in the young man's eyes the extraordinary wine her third brother had brewed was the perfect reward in exchange for helping them out.     

Although the most surprising of all was Shao Chia's reaction, the anger they assumed would appear from her didn't appear, instead, she was letting out a delightful chuckle, obviously having a more positive impression of the young man's robbery act than that of when helping them out from danger.     

Well, everyone knew that among the Shao siblings, it was their youngest that was the most bipolar in attitude.
