Reborn as a Mom

Vivan took her hand and opened the glass door, "Come." He wished to show her the entire office. 

The garden was bigger than she imagined. There was a dining area, a table with chairs and a huge sofa.

Near the sofa were her favorite lavender plants, its smell filled the air. There was even a small waterfall to a  pond with a small waterfall. The sound of the falling water along with the lavender scent in the air. The atmosphere was pleasant and calming. 

"This place can only be opened through my office. No one else can come here."

He enthusiastically explained the whole place to her while Ira listened attentively.

She sat down and opened the lunchboxes, "There are rice balls, barbecue, steamed fish, fried sweet potato, and noodles..." 

"Why did you bring so many dishes? It smelled very delicious though, I have to give it a try." Vivan picked up the chopsticks and took a piece of fish to taste it. 

"It is delicious! Which restaurant? We should go there sometime," Although Vivan was planning on a date, this food was tasty enough for a visit.

"Is my cooking really that good?" Ira looked forward to his evaluation with a pair of big and doe eyes. 

"Cough, cough...cough! You made them?" Vivan was so shocked that he felt a fish bone got stuck in his throat. He stared at her dumbfounded.

"Hehe. Hurry and eat," Ira smiled.

He picked up the chopsticks and continued to eat lunch seriously. The crispy yet juicy fish soon became his favorite food. The main dish was followed by muffins.

After finishing his lunch, Vivan was packing the boxes and tableware when he noticed Ira holding her head.

"What happened?" Vivan looked at Ira with concern. 

"Just a little headache. It's normal in pregnancy, It will be better after some rest." Vivan brought her to the sofa as they both sat down.

Vivan patted his lap. "You lie down, I will give you a head massage."

Tempted, Ira rested her head on his lap and closed her eyes, feeling shy to look directly at his face.

Vivan massaged her forehead with his fingertips in gentle but constant circles. She smelled the man's faint natural scent mixed with lavender and the waterfall-like voice,  feeling very comfortable, she fell asleep.

After he felt her breathing stabilized, Vivan stopped massaging her head. Instead, he observed the sleeping Ira. 

The woman turned her head against his lap, and her hair was scattered on her bare shoulders, and her neck was smooth. Her collarbone was faintly visible. Compared with the milky skin of the woman, his skin was light wheat. 

Her lips were small and pink, Vivan subconsciously touched them.

"Viv," A gentle voice rang in his ear, Ira looked up, but saw Vivan smiling and looking at her tenderly. His eyebrows showed a little bit of impatience.

Vivan lowered his head and kissed her eyelids. He gently pulled her to sit on his lap. He swept her hair on the side, holding the back of her neck, Vivan pulled her face close. They were so close that no air could pass between them. Eye to eye, nose to nose, lip to lip.

Vivan kissed her lower lip, he ran the very tip of his tongue over her lower lip a few times. She opened her mouth a bit more involuntarily, their tongues intertwined. Ira held his hair tightly. Vivan's one hand slipped onto her waist, not daring to move down.

"Mmmmmmm," A sweet sound drifted. Her mouth was honey sweet.

Only when they were out of breathe, did they separate. He held her face, staring at her eyes, one hand playing with her hair."I can see forever in your eyes."

Both got their first kiss...

Finally...

And it was a long and wet one.
