Reborn as a Mom

Ira patted her face which seemed to be hot and red before entering the Rai company. A sweet smile was stuck on her face.

Everyone in the company was shocked.

Who is this? The woman in a sky blue dress and her hair was casually tied in pony entered her office.

Where is the Evil Queen who was sharp, rigid and formal?

This one had a noble aura that felt like an angel.

'Where did this fairy came from?'

'Is this really the Ice Queen?'

'Have you seen the CEO behaving strangely the same these days? This feels more strange!'

'Is it a split personality or other inheritable mental disease?'

'Woah! A sudden personality change can only be seen with dual personality.'

'Maybe she was possessed.'

'No, I heard boss has Alzheimer's and it is hereditary. She could have got early-onset Alzheimers.'

'But she is just 28.'

'My relative had it when he was 30.'

'Argh! Don't spread irrelevant rumors. I, your father, am still young!. I just dyed a few hairs to white.'

Ira sat on her chair. Thinking about this afternoon, she couldn't help but touch her lips with a smile.

'Knock knock' The knock on the door broke the train of her pleasant dreams and thoughts.

"Come in," She said.

"Ira, baby, I heard of your child. Congratulations! Come here," Came a sweet and loving voice. A middle-aged man stood smiling at Ira with his hands outstretched, ready for a hug.

Seeing the enemy himself, Ira's eyes turned red. She had a feeling that she would, in a moment, rush to grab his slender neck with murder in her eyes.

"Baby, what's wrong with you? Are you uncomfortable anywhere?" he asked softly.

His voice snapped Ira away from her thoughts, she could barely calm down. She whispered a reply, "Nothing, come." And she hugged him.

It was her beloved Uncle James aka "Jam  Uncle", she called him that since childhood.

He was not only her Dad's old friend but also one of the hands who helped build the company aka 'A Founder'.

The Rai Pharmaceutical company's CEO was her dad, but he did have absolute ownership in the company.

It was partnered with her Uncle James.

He had around 20% shares as a founder member. Her dad owned 40% and the rest belonged to the investors.

Uncle James was a friendly person who talked to everyone kindly, always with a smile on his face.

In contrast to her dad who was domineering; Uncle James came across as a gentle person.

The employees personally loved him. Ira did too, once...

Tej Rai and James Louis were childhood friends who went through thick and thin together. They were more of brothers. Tej Rai trusted him completely. James also complied with his every decision.

But it was only later when they came to know that James was always a fake person, manipulative and calculative.

James played with her entire family which led them into their doom. He had planned and carried out every step to take over the company for more than a decade.

At last, her company went bankrupt and then came in the hands of James. Her brother died then followed by her father. As much as she blamed herself, the Louis family held responsibility in their doom.
