CAN'T GET THEM THEN, JUST KILL THEM
"Do you think we can get them? Didn't you see the soldiers who came in and out of the private lift. I have heard that there are special guests in this hotel that the soldiers are guarding. Aside from the Madrigal, who else could it be. Aside from that, there were two floors that we don't have access to. We have observed the other floors but we didn't see them come out from any of the floors."
"So? You would really give up?" the other man asked.
"Hn. I will surrender. Besides, we haven't heard anything from the leader. The other members were either killed or captured. Some of them left us a warning but the leader didn't say anything. I think something must have happened. My life is more important than this mission."
"And what if the leader is alive?" Argued the other gang member. "If he's alive, he would send men to kill us."
"I doubt that. There were many soldiers being dispatched yesterday and their target is our group. I am pretty sure that we are all under their radar. We will be killed if we fight back."
"If you really want to surrender, you can do it but I will not." The other man told the two members. Among the three of them, he was the one with most bloodlust. In fact, he had killed many people before and he wasn't after the prize as well. He just wanted to kill for the sake of fun.
The two other members looked at him and nodded his head. "I wish you luck and safety." However, the man only smiled at them. He watched them walk away and when they almost reached the door, he raised his gun and shoot them.
"Sorry, I can't have you surrender and sell me off." He walked over them and opened the door. He looked so happy and normal when he passed by the other people, but the blood of two members slowly soaked the carpet on the floor. He shot them on their head so there was no way for them to survive from that.
He walked like nothing happened and since his gone had a silencer, nobody noticed anything from their room. It wasn't until three hours after, when the blood flowed out the door that one of the guests noticed it. When the manager forcefully opened the door, two dead bodies greeted them.
The soldiers heard about what happened and one of them went to check the dead people and the crime scene. It showed that there wasn't any fight that happened between the victims and the suspect. It seemed to them that they knew the person who shot them and they didn't expect that person to kill them either, which was why they let their guard down.
When the soldier checked the lists of members who were supposed to be staying in the same resort as them, he confirmed that they were indeed part of the gang. He informed the other soldiers immediately to be in high alert while he waited to the police officers to take over of the crime that happened.
As soon as someone came from the police department, he walked back to his post which was to stay at the elevator that will be used by Jillyanna's family. He was tasked to make sure that no one will use it aside from them.
The man knew that he couldn't use that elevator so he used the fire exit stairs. Unknown to him, two soldiers were also guarding the fire exits of the two floors. When he decided to use the elevator for the other guests, there was a soldier who volunteered to be the elevator boy. And two buttons which corresponds to the two floors were crossed out. He tried everything he could do to get inside the place but it was heavily guarded.
"Tsk! What a killjoy." He commented when he arrived at the rooftop. He carefully disguised himself to make sure that the soldiers won't recognize him. He wasn't sure how the recognize everyone from the group but he knew that someone betrayed the organization which led to their distraction. He just didn't know who it was.
Jade woke up from her sleep when it was around ten in the morning. She washed her face, brushed her teeth and looked for Savannah so that they can eat together. Savannah brought her to Sky's room so that they can have a breakfast. Only the two of them had missed their breakfast because she woke up late.
When they came out of their room, one soldier escorted them towards the other room which was just several steps away from where they stayed.
"How was it?" Savannah asked about the crime that she heard which involved the gang members who stayed in the same resort as them.
"We haven't caught him but the security department said that the other person who stayed in that room have not checked out from the hotel yet. They have been checking all the people who came in and go as well. There's a possibility that the person is still here."
"I understand. Please make sure to tighten the security. I'd rely on you to make sure that no one will come here."
"Yes, Captain." The man left after the two women went inside Sky's room.
Raizel was currently playing with Riley after Sky fed him. "Good morning, everyone." Jade greeted with a happy smile as she walked towards her baby brother. "Good morning little brother." She kissed Raizel's face and gently pat his head. The baby smiled at her which made Jade feel so happy, too.
"Eat your breakfast first before you play with him." Alex reminded her.
"Yes, grandpa." Jade obediently went to the dining area where Savannah was waiting for her. "Auntie Savy, can you call my dad later? I want to talk to him."
"Okay. I'll call him after breakfast."
While they felt secure inside the hotel because of the soldiers' help and the bodyguards' assistance, the man at the rooftop decided to force his way. "If I can't get them then, I'll just kill happily."
