Crossdressing To Survive An Apocalypse [BL]

After taking refuge in the windmills for the night, they headed off south. A few zombies still rushed after them.     

Yue was driving the first followed by the rest and at the flank was Tian's car. They had to do a lot of heavy lifting.     

A lot of dust and smoke was flying around creating a huge smoke cloud around them. "you're reducing visibility! Fan, clear the air,"     

His husband immediately jumped in and started to create a soft mist of ice particles. The smoke soon calmed down giving him better visibility. Right up ahead of them was a rocky, mountainous path.     

This was partially the reason why they did not move south initially.     

The rocky path did not have any signs of lifeform and finding food here was very hard., if in case they run out of food or water, they would have to starve to death.     

"Mum, can you make sure to duplicate our food supplies, especially water." Because they would be needing it desperately. The soldiers who followed them were mostly powerless ones who were fiercely loyal to uncle wen. Currently, they did not have a water ability user with them. Any consumption of water must be noted clearly so that they won't have unexpected surprises.     

Thankfully his mum's ability came in handy. she can easily duplicate a huge bag full of water and even shrink them so that they are travel size. That is how she had been carrying little bak bak and blackie along with her in a single bag.     

Her ability has evolved to level five giving her the added skill of being able to shrink living objects as well. She never tried it on humans thought, only on the chickens and quails. They do not seem to see the difference and enjoy their calm and peaceful life in her small tote bag.     

As for coco she is left with Tian or Juda when he is not with Chen.     

Right then, a loud wail stopped his track of thoughts. he gazed back at the rearview mirror at his dad who was holding baby Zara. Her small fists were clenched and her whole face looked pink from all the crying. "She's hungry?"     

"Yeah…" his dad skillfully mixed the milk powder in water. Chen helped him mix it well and they both worked together to feed Zara.     

The little baby seemed to have advanced knowledge. She never cried unless she wanted to eat or to have her diaper changed. Which made it very easy for everyone to take care of her. Plus, she was just so cute that she was coddled by all.     

Most of the time Yue never even got to hold her in his arms.     

With a small smile he sped up slightly.     

There was a huge advantage to their roads. Since the population around here was so less there were fewer zombies. The ones who were following them were the only issue. But that too they were able to control them by creating ice walls and burning everything they came across.     

"Dad, there is a whole swarm of cars blocking the road." Chen crawled forward and pointed to the road ahead.     

Yue frowned slightly. If he concentrated well, he was able to see at least a few kilometers away. As Chen said, he did see a roadblock. It was cars all stacked up together. It did not look natural.     

"Guys, we might have bandits ahead of us. Roll up your windows and load up your guns." He informed the others through the intercom.     

"Got it. do you want me to drive ahead and clear the path?" Tian's voice came out slightly crackly through the intercom.     

"Nah I'll take care of it." He gazed back at Fan. "Can you take the wheel?"     

"Sure," Fan rolled up front, and they both squeezed a bit to interchange their seats. When Fan was in the driver's seat Yue opened the passenger-side window fully and crawled out.     

He grabbed onto the side of the car and got onto the bonnet.     

"Go steady honey."     

"Hold on tightly," Fan shouted loudly.     

"Got it,"     

As soon as they got close to the all up Yue instantly started to use his strength ability. With a single kick, five cars were pushed away and with that force, the rest of the cars also move out of the way.     

"Ahh!!!!"     

"Fuck!!! Get him!"     

A few screams were heard from between the cars.     

The bandits were obviously hiding in between the car pileup and when a car stopped to clear the route they would jump out and rob them.     

In his past life, Yue had also been robbed but thankfully the robbers did not hurt him. He escaped unscathed from their hands.     

But now he had his family.     

A few bullets hit close to his hands.     

"Fan dear faster, can you put out your hand?"     

Wordlessly Fan put his hand out the window.     

Yue held it tightly, copying his thunder ability.     

Soon his green eyes started at glow a weird shade of purple. He raised his hand summoning a huge thundercloud. Lightning struck everyone in their path.     

They did not stop to kill the bandits.     

As soon as their cars passed through the car pile-up Yue stopped the thunderstorm with a small huff. After being infected for the second time his body had gotten super strong. he could actually feel the electric energy coursing through his body. It was so intense.     

'whatever Trexa did made me a superhuman…..' he crawled back in through the window and sat in the passenger seat. "Hi,"     

"That was awesome," Fan grinned. His brown eyes twinkled with a tinge of lust, gazing at him up and down.     

Yue gently held his hand and squeezed it.     

"Dad... why do you have purple eyes?" Chen leaned forward with a curious frown.     

"Oh, this…" Yue gazed at his own reflection. After Trexa brought him back from that coma-like state his eye color changed drastically. It was green whenever he was not using his powers and when he copied someone else's power it turned into that color. Tian's powers gave him red eyes and Fan's powers gave him purple eyes.     

It was weird and kind of cool at the same time.     

'I wonder how significant this adaptation is...'
