**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**

Hey guys, author here.

First of all, I hope you're all doing well during these tough times. Everybody should do their best to stay safe, and I pray for your wellbeing.

With that said, there are two things I need to mention before we start this chapter:

1. I've released a teaser for the up and coming manga of the book on the discord server. If you have the time, go check it out, it's free! If you like it, consider supporting me on P atreon so that we can make it a reality, together!

2. That leads me to my next point. It's the first of the month, which means that its the best time to join on P atreon. You'll get the full month's worth of content if you pledge today or in the coming days!

That is all I had to say. With that out of the way, happy reading, and thank you for all of your congratulations on the 100th chapter! I appreciate you all so much!

"Gone for a while...?" Curious, Jun decided to pry a little.

"Ren's been abducted." Interlocking his fingers, Masaki slowly pressed on them, trying to relieve some of his pain... "He's gone."

"Abducted?"

"A white, human-like creature slipped into his hospital room and took Ren away." Although this was confidential, Masaki felt like he could talk to Jun. "Afterwards, it disappeared without a trace."

'What!?' Shocked, Jun widened his eyes. If Masaki wasn't lying --Which was highly probable-- Zetsu had taken Ren away.

'So soon... But why...?'

'This confirms it... There's another Madara. Another me.' Jun thought quietly. He'd kept the possibility in mind, but up until now, he had no way to verify if it was true.

'He wants to use Ren instead of Obito... Was I always this impatient?' Clicking his tongue, Jun felt frustrated for the first time in since reincarnation. This fake 'Madara' was now the biggest thorn on his side. Compared to him, Danzo was but a mere fly.

'How ironic... I fooled the world for years, making Obito take my identity. And now I'm the one who has to face a fake me. Fate can truly be unpredictable at times.'

Jun sighed. If he wanted to continue with his plan, he'd eventually have to face the other him.

Judging by his way of doing things, he at most had a year to prepare. If he wasn't wrong, Madara would train Ren up, only to use the war as a tool and break his spirit.

Frowning, Jun cursed his luck. After reincarnation, he had already changed the course of events in history. At this point, there was no going back anymore. If Jun wanted to achieve his plans, he'd eventually have to deal with the other Madara.

"Sorry for your loss, Masaki-san..." Sympathizing with the man, Jun said warmly. He had also experienced the loss of people close to him, so he knew what it felt like. But at the same time, Jun couldn't help but feel a little guilty. After all, it was him --Well, the other him-- that caused Masaki such pain and sorrow.

He subconsciously felt somewhat responsible.

"Aniki! I brought the water!" Dashing with a bottle and some cups in his hand, Aito interrupted his thoughts while grinning. Noticing his arrival, Jun narrowed his eyes.

'I need to get stronger... Or I'll lose those dear to me once again.' If he didn't gain sufficient strength, he could only watch in the future as his new friends and family would get taken away from him.

'I need to prepare!'

Ruffling Aito's hair, Jun turned to Masaki and took out a scroll from his pouch, throwing it to the old man. Catching it, Masaki stared back at Jun, a confused expression on his face. "What is this?"

"Inside the scroll, there are two techniques I created myself, as well as some notes on the Sharingan and its effects on our brains. Teach them to the important members of our clan." Taking the water from his brother, Jun spoke in a casual tone.

'He wants me to teach something to the others...?' Masaki struggled to put any weight on the Chunin's words, considering his age... yet after what happened in the secret meeting, he was reluctant to dismiss it. "Let me see."

Opening the scroll, Masaki quickly checked its contents. Inside were the manuals for the 'big-lungs' technique and the 'dustless cover' that pertained to the second Tsuchikage, Mu--But he didn't know about that.

Although Jun claimed to have created them both, the second one he just copied while bullying the Tsuchikage and his disciple back in the day... Although he didn't like the idea of stealing other's techniques and claiming they were his, Jun wouldn't have a plausible explanation if he didn't.

He felt like it would be useful to the clan, especially for the ones in Anbu.

"Th-this..." Masaki was far too smart and experienced not to recognize the value of these techniques. Looking up at Jun once again, he couldn't believe his eyes.
