Next to him, Nozomi's eyes shone like gemstones, the pain she had experienced still fresh in her mind. "My father is right... If we were all treated the same, our clan would be much stronger than it is! People with talent wouldn't be suppressed because of their status!"
When the rest heard their words, they felt a mixture of both pride and fear.
"What are you getting at, Yuji? You know the main house will always have controlled like dogs anyway!" One of the older Jonin stepped up, with a sad, but furious expression. It had been too long since he accepted his fate.
As he spoke, the rest couldn't help but subconsciously think of the seal on their foreheads. Their fate had already been locked, with no way out.
"That leads onto my next point... There is someone that can remove our seals!" Gesturing for Jun stand next to him and his daughter, Yuji continued. "This is our benefactor. He is capable of freeing us and unsealing our fates!"
Jun walked up, standing next to them. He wore a mask and covered his frame with a dark cloak. No one would recognize him in these garbs.
"..." Silence pervaded the secret location as everyone looked shocked. They didn't believe a single thing he was saying.
"Blasphemy! Our fates can never be changed! We'll forever remain caged birds!" Furious about Yuji trying to give them false hope, multiple people yelled at him, calling him various derogatory names. The main house had already brainwashed them into subservience and surrendering, keeping them in captivity.
"Then look at me with your eyes! Am I not living proof?" Frowning, Yuji removed his headband, showcasing a clear forehead.
"As if we'd believe that-"
"..."
"It's true! The seal is not there!"
"What!? Let me see!" Activating their Byakugan in quick succession, all of the ninja present seemed dumbfounded. There was no trace of the seal whatsoever.
"Now you believe me? Nozomi, lift your bangs for them to see." Following her father's words, Nozomi showed her forehead, and everyone remained silent.
A flame lit in their hearts... It was hope.
They had never felt this way. What seemed like a dream could be made into reality were they to simply believe. Looking at the father and daughter duo with resolve, all of them nodded their heads.
Even the older man from earlier frowned and lowered his head.
"Yuji... I believe you!"
"Me too!"
"Let's free ourselves from the main house!"
"Long live Yuji and his daughter!"
'This is good...' Smiling under his mask, Jun crossed his arms. With everyone on their side, the Hyuga would soon become a democratic clan, instead of a dictatorship. And he already knew who would become its leader.
Shifting his gaze to Nozomi, Jun noticed she was looking at him with a slight blush on her face. Seeing him turn to face her, she quickly shifted her head back to the crowd, pretending it never happened.
"Oh no... Another one?" Jun felt a headache coming on; He could easily read people.
Because of his strength and cynical nature, Madara was never very popular among the ladies. He felt like after he reincarnated, he was continuously put outside of his comfort zone, and he didn't like it one bit.
He hoped that the matter would just subside given time.

Inside the main house's residence.
"Oh my god... What happened to your father!?" Hiashi's mother looked shocked as she saw her son drag her husband's unconscious body into the house. "Who dared!? They shall be killed!"
Seeing his mother's furious expression, Hiashi didn't know how to feel. Although he loved his parents, he wasn't stupid. Their personalities wore the worst of the worst.
'I hope that Nozomi won't have to suffer too much... Dammit. If only I could change things...'
