The Legend of the Kyubi

"Cousin?!" - exclaimed the other Genins except for Gai's team when they heard this. They couldn't believe how such a kind and gentle girl was related to someone so cold and petulant.     

"Unfortunately" - snorted Neji and in the process, earned much more hatred from the rookies.     

"I think we'd better change the subject" - said Tenten as she saw everything going wrong - "Neji-kun, stop it"     

". . ." - the Hyuga boy just closed his eyes silently.     

The other Genin only snorted in annoyance but were surprised to see Kurama heading for the Hyuga.     

"Do you need anything?" - Neji asked without opening his eyes but to his surprise, Kurama did not respond, just punched him in the face at full speed.     

"!" - The youngsters were even more surprised when they saw this, as Kurama did not act this way, though if they knew what the redhead knew, they would do the same. Hinata had told him about her childhood and how much her cousin had hurt her during their 'training' together, so it was obvious that he was furious when he identified him.     

"Why was that?!" - exclaimed the Hyuga angrily as he activated his Byakugan.     

"For being a son of a bitch," the redhead answered coldly, "I know what you did to Hinata-chan when she was just a child... you were largely to blame for her being so shy..."     

"!" - The Genins were surprised again when they heard this and their unfriendly looks were now full of hatred against the Hyuga boy.     

"You have no right to interfere in our affairs!" - roared Neji as he ran against the boy from Team 8.     

"I have a right because she is not only my teammate," replied the Uzumaki boy as he disappeared and reappeared in front of Neji. He couldn't believe how fast his opponent was, especially since he hadn't seen him coming from anywhere and as everyone knows, the Byakugan gave an almost 360-degree view - "!"     

"She's someone important to me too" - continued the redhead as he punched him in the mouth of his stomach.     

"Ugh..." - Neji could only hunch over as he felt his air run out, but for his bad luck, the attack didn't end there. Kurama with great speed, grabbed the boy's neck and lifted him as his pupils split - "Now... what do you say we switch roles a bit?"     

"B-Bastard..." - said the Hyuga boy with difficulty. He had never felt so humiliated, he, the prodigy of the Hyuga Clan, treated as little more than a punching bag and what made it worse was that he had not been able to hit any attacks.     

Tenten and Lee could not believe their eyes, their teammate and the person they thought was the strongest Genin in the village had been defeated so easily that it seemed as if an adult was fighting a five-year-old boy.     

"That's enough, Kurama-kun" - said Hinata as she took the arm of the boy she liked - "Please stop"     

"You're too kind, Hinata-chan..." - sighed the redhead but still listened to her. With great ease, he threw the prodigy Hyuga away like garbage - "I'm not going to tell you to change but keep this in mind... being kind to the enemy... is being cruel to your companions and yourself"     

". . ." - Hinata just nodded silently     

A deep silence fell over the area as the Genin looked at one another. The scene they had just seen was too shocking for them, for they never thought Kurama would be so wild when their loved ones were hurt.     

"Impossible..." - Neji muttered as he looked at the red-haired young man - "Impossible!"     

"What the fuck is wrong with that idiot?" - Kiba asked with a scowl as he saw the Hyuga boy's reaction.     

"It's impossible... how come I was defeated..." - murmured the boy as his pupils contracted - "It's impossible that I was defeated, that's not my fate!"     

"I am not like Hinata-sama, my destiny is to be strong!" - roared Neji as he activated his Byakugan again.     

"Neji-kun... You'd better calm down," Lee said as he saw his friend starting to get out of control.     

"Stay out of this, Lee!" - roared the prodigy Hyuga - "You don't understand... I can't be defeated, that's my fate!"     

"I think there's something wrong with your head" - replied Kurama as he looked at him simply - "Though I can't blame you... we're all crazy in one way or another"     

"Shut up!" - exclaimed the Hyuga as he stood on guard - "You only defeated me because I wasn't on guard... it's impossible for me, Neji Hyuga, to be defeated by a mere idiot"     

"I don't think that guy knows who he's messing with" - Ino denied she stared at her teammate - "But he'd better check it out with his flesh and blood... don't you think, Hinata-chan?"     

The princess of the Byakugan was only silent but still nodded weakly.     

"Give up, redhead... your fate is to be defeated by me..." - Neji said as he changed his stance.     

"I think your IQ drops with every word you say," Kurama replied with a scowl.     

"You're only saying that because you don't accept your fate yet..." - Neji said as he attacked the redhead again.     

"Tch! I've had enough of this shit..." - murmured Kurama as he disappeared and reappeared behind Neji - "What the fuck..."     

"Hijutsu: Sennen Goroshi!" - said Kurama in a cold voice with his hands on the 'Tiger' seal.     

"Rest in peace, Hyuga..." - said Kiba as he prayed.     

"Kiba..." - said Tenten with concern - "What is that technique?"     

"I'm sorry..." - Kiba just shook his head - "A picture is worth a thousand words"     

The others only sweated when they saw Kurama stick his fingers up Neji's ass, only to have him fly off into a tree at full speed after a few seconds.     

"Neji-kun!" - shouted Lee and Tenten when they saw how sinister the technique was.     

"Hey, Pinky..." - said Kin when he saw how Kiba was paralyzed - "Why is he like that?"     

"It's simple... " - answered Sakura while explaining the reason.     

Flashback     

Team 7 was on their way to Training Camp 7 to talk to their new Sensei, Kakashi Hatake.     

"Why isn't he here yet?!" - roared Kiba in annoyance - "It's already been two fucking hours since the agreed time!"     

"Calm your fleas, Kiba," Sakura said with a frown.     

". . ." - Kiba only sighed in annoyance as he sat next to Akamaru who was resting.

It was another two hours before Kakashi showed up - "Sorry guys... I got lost in the road of life"     

"Anyway..." - said Kiba with a slight twitch in his eyebrow - "What did you call us for, sensei?"     

"I already know the level of your skills, so there won't be a test" - Kakashi nodded as he pulled out an orange cover book - "Now we'll do a little teamwork exercise"     

"Hai" - the Genins nodded firmly.     

"I forgot" - added Kakashi as he tapped his forehead - "If you screw up too badly, you'll go without food for the whole day while I enjoy my lunch in front of you"     

"Is that the book that gave you the nickname Cyclops Pervert?" - Sasuke asked curiously.     

"Let us only begin the test," sighed the Jonin.     

"What do we gain if we pass the test?" - Kiba asked.     

"Hmm?" - Kakashi had a joking smile in his visible eye - "How about I teach you the best B-rank Jutsu that fits your elemental affinity?"     

"Isn't that your job?!" - Kiba shouted in dissatisfaction.     

"Did you say something?" - said Kakashi as if he hadn't heard it while pulling out a bell next to a clock - "The rules are simple, I have a bell and if you manage to get it, you win but keep in mind that you only have one hour..."     

The silver-haired man finished talking and Team 7 disappeared.     

"Not bad..." - Kakashi nodded - "I guess Hiruzen-sama was right to say that this year is full of talent..."

"What's the plan?" - Sakura asked.     

"Distraction," Sasuke answered seriously, "We are up against a Jonin Sensei, so we have to do our best"     

"According to Kakashi sensei, to 'win', we have to take the bell" - said Sakura while she frowned - "But before I had said that this was an exercise to work in a team, so our objective is not the bell itself, but to work together to try to get it..."     

"Oh, come on! We just have to attack it head-on!" - Kiba said in annoyance - "Didn't you see the stupid look on his face?!"     

On the other side of the training camp, Kakashi was thinking about how to torture his fleabag, Genin.     

"You're an idiot!" - Sakura said with annoyance - "Didn't you hear that Kakashi Sensei is a Jonin!"     

"According to Itachi Nii" - said Sasuke as he nodded - "Kakashi is quite a skilled ninja"     

"You'll see!" - Kiba said as he ran to where Kakashi was.     

"Shall we use him as a decoy?" - Sasuke asked as he looked at his girlfriend.     

"I was thinking the same thing, Sasuke-kun~!" - Sakura said with a small smile.

" All right, you cyclops pervert!" - said Kiba as he ran into Kakashi - "I've come for the bell to prove to those two that I'm right!"     

"Just in time!" - said Kakashi as he smiled with his eye - "I had planned to teach you a little lesson but I guess I'll do something else..."     

"Here I come!" - shouted Kiba as he tried to grab the rattle.     

"If I remember correctly... I said this was a teamwork exercise..." - Kakashi's voice was heard behind him.     

Sakura and Sasuke arrived just in time to see how it all went down.     

"Hijutsu: Sennen Goroshi!" - Kakashi said as he used a 'Tiger' seal, then stuck it up Kiba's ass, who shot into the sky at high speed.     

"AOW!" - Kiba just screamed in pain as he was lost in the sky.     

"I guess you failed," said Kakashi as Sasuke and Sakura nodded at full speed. Neither of them wanted to go through the same treatment as their partner.     

End Flashback     

"Haha! I'm starting to like that Kakashi!" - Kin said with a laugh - "He's a genius!"
