"!" - Minato again retreated.
"I'm close, Minato... much closer than you think..." - the boy whispered to the blond - "So close... I could tear your heart out..."
Minato began to feel his body losing control because of fear, his chakra was erratic because of the pressure he felt with every second that passed.
"Boo!" - exclaimed the blond man as he appeared in front of Minato.
"AHHHHHH!" - roared the blond as he tried to cut it off, only to pass through it as if it were an illusion.
"Hahaha! That's the face I wanted to see!" - roared the redhead as he burst out laughing - "You had to see your face full of despair! So epic! So funny!"
"MONSTER!" - roared Minato as he created a Rasengan, only to feel it hit in his stomach again - "Ugh..."
"Don't interrupt me, you bastard" - said Kurama as he showed himself completely - "Didn't your mother teach you to be polite?"
"Fuck you..." - murmured the blond man as he looked up, only to feel a vine curl up in his body and lift him without any resistance.
"I expected more from you, Minato," said Kurama as he walked carefully, only to stop and look in a specific direction.
"Tobi apologizes..." - said a masked man as he walked from the shadows - "Could you dissipate this jutsu? Tobi is afraid of the dark."
"Don't take me for a fool, Uchiha" - said Kurama coldly as the fur around his body stood up - "I know very well who you are... you are the son of a bitch responsible for my situation..."
Minato slowly looked up to watch the newcomer, only to open his eyes like plates and feel his anger grow - "YOU! YOU ARE THE BASTARD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS!"
"That's where you're wrong, Minato" - said Tobi with a completely different attitude than when he arrived - "You're to blame for everything you did, I just made you take the first step... and if I'm honest, I never thought things would end this way... although I have to admit I'm enjoying it"
"Why..." - murmured Minato as he looked at the man who had ruined his life - "Why did you do this to me?!"
"Why?" - repeated the masked Uchiha - "Why?! Do you want to know why?!"
"What a great amount of hatred you have for this man, Uchiha" - said Kurama seriously as he noticed the darkness of the newcomer.
"You would feel the same if you had in front of you one of those responsible for the death of the woman you love the most" - said Tobi coldly as he walked slowly towards the blond man - "You are a cockroach, Minato Namikaze... I had thought that I had killed you... but you had to see my surprise when I heard that you were still alive..."
"Why didn't you kill him before?" - Kurama asked as he frowned.
"Because I was enjoying watching this idiot sink deeper and deeper into his bad decisions" - answered Tobi simply - "Anyway, I've had enough, so I want to make a deal with you"
"Tell me... why should I make a deal with you instead of killing you here and now for making so many people suffer?" - asked Kurama as he returned to his human form - "Give me a good reason and I will not only let you go, but I will also give you this bastard"
Tobi was silent when he heard this as he thought of his words carefully. He knew it was not a good idea to play with the boy in front of him because he was much more dangerous than they had originally thought.
"I'm still waiting..."- said Kurama coldly as he began to create an energy sphere in his right hand.
"First, because I can escape whenever I want," said Tobi calmly.
"Wrong... this area forbids Space-Time Jutsus, that's why Minato has not been able to use his Hiraishin" - said Kurama as he concentrated even more energy in his hand.
"You're wrong" - said Tobi while teleporting from his location to where Minato was - "It's a bit more complicated and it consumes much more Chakra... but I can still use my Jutsu"
"Okay, point in your favor," said Kurama as he continued to watch the newcomer. "But you still don't give me a reason to let you live... or at least let you go without a serious injury.
"Because I can destroy every one of those people you care so much about if you do something stupid," Tobi said, only to be blown away by the impact of a tail.
"Bad words, Emo boy," said Kurama coldly as he made a hand seal.
"Hmm... I'm sorry for my words... it's hard to change bad habits when you live a life full of hate" - Tobi muttered as he watched his mask partially fall off, although, for his luck, it was the bottom part - "I promise that Akatsuki in general... will not attack your loved ones for the next 3 years..."
"And don't try to say that Kushina can create seals to keep them safe..." - Tobi snorted as he looked directly at the Kyubi boy - "I know she' s talented but I don't think she can take on someone who has the eyes of God"
"!" - Kurama opened his eyes with surprise when he heard this but quickly his expression changed to a serious one.
"I think I have your attention... tell me... what do you think of my deal?" - Tobi asked as he smiled broadly.
"How do I know you won't break your promise?" asked Kurama coldly.
"We can work it out immediately," answered Tobi as he made a Hand seal and invoked a Ring that quickly created a hologram of the man's silhouette that only showed his ringed eyes.
"Rinnegan..." - muttered the ginger as he watched the man in front of him, only to feel things get out of control.
'What do you want, Madara?'
Kurama frowned again at the name but he knew very well that the man in front of him was not the true Madara. If so, he would throw himself forward without a second thought to give him a slow, agonizing death.
"Leader... I'm trying to make a deal with our friend here," said Tobi as he pointed to the young Uzumaki.
'Kyubi... I didn't expect us to meet like this'
"I, too, am surprised to find someone who owns the Rinnegan..." - replied the ginger seriously.
'That just goes to show that my mission is fair ... but I don't think it's time to talk about my point of view ...'
"Leader... I wanted to make a little deal of personal interest with the Kyubi here," said Tobi as he looked at Pein seriously.
'Does it affect our plans?'
"Not in the least," Tobi replied calmly, "I'm only promising that we won't attack the Kyubi's family, although we can continue to hunt him'
Tobi slowly shook his head to see the reaction of the redhead, though he was not surprised to notice that he was still wearing the same expression as before, one that said he cared about being behind him.
''You can do whatever you want as long as it doesn't interfere with our plans...'
That said, the hologram finished projecting the man and the place fell into a deep silence.
"As you can see, my leader doesn't seem to care about my deal..." - said Tobi as he shrugged - "What do you say now?"
"You have a deal..."- said Kurama coldly while he gave the blond man a final punch in the stomach, only to have a Seal appear on it with many symbols - "I hope you enjoy your new toy, I have something much more important to do now"
"Remember that we are behind you and we will appear when you least expect it," said Tobi as he took Minato and disappeared from the scene.
"It doesn't change the situation at all..." - snorted the redhead as he defused the area of darkness and walked in the direction where the others were fighting.

Tobi appeared again at the Hokage Monument alongside Minato, who could not have been in a worse condition. Not only was he injured, but his Tenketsu had been damaged and his Chakra sealed, preventing his body from actively regenerating.
"Calm Minato... things are about to get worse..." - Tobi said as he threw Minato to the ground carelessly - "I have someone who wants to talk to you"
Minato slowly looked up, noticing that in front of him were two people he knew quite well - "Menma... Midori... it's good to see you..."
But to his dismay, neither of them smiled or celebrated his presence.
"It's been days, Minato..." - said Midori coldly as she looked at her husband - "You didn't expect to see me alive... did you?"
"What are you talking about..." - said Minato with weakness.
"They told me you wanted to use me as a sacrifice for that damn Jutsu, Edo Tensei..." - said Midori angrily as she kicked the blond man.
"Argh!" - groaned the ex-Hokage in pain as he felt his ribs crack. With his chakra sealed and Tenketsu damaged, he was no different than a civilian man, one who could be damaged easily.
"Bastard! Bastard! Bastard!" - Midori roared as she continued to beat Minado. She had sacrificed years of her life at the side of the bastard she was beating, she had sacrificed her body many times to gain a little more power to help him, and he was paying her back by betraying her and her son.
"Kaasan... I think that's enough..." - said Menma as she put her hand on her mother's man, just so she could give him a happy smile - "Hai~!"
Minato opened his eyes when he saw their interaction because he noticed something strange between those two - "Wh-What's going on?"
"You'll soon find out... Minato..." - said Menma as a cold, dark smile appeared on his face - "You'll soon know..."

Bad news for everyone reading this because the pa treons decreased and we went down to the first goal, that means only extra chapter on Saturdays... the good news is that I will still go up a chapter on Saturday.That will teach me that from now on, I will only announce these Tier increases at the beginning of the month, so even if the Pa treons increase or decrease, the number of chapters will remain constant.
As an added bonus, no, Minato won't be saved, I'm just letting his family have a little fun with him before he gets there, after all, they are broken.
