"Ne~ Tousan..." - Naruto muttered as he looked around - "Why are those women looking at us so strangely?"

Ryu only looked around curiously though he quickly became bored.     

"Where are we going, Daddy?" - Izumi asked as she looked around.     

"We will go to her uncle Kakashi first," answered Kurama as he looked at his children. "I have something important to talk to him about, then we can go to a river and play"     

"Yey~!" - the three children shouted with excitement as they wished their father would finish his business quickly, though they quickly tilted their heads in confusion as they felt someone was looking at them in surprise.     

"What's wrong, my little ones?" - Kurama asked calmly, for he had felt the familiar presence for some time after all.     

"That Onee-chan is looking at us," answered Izumi as she watched Shizuka, who was standing next to her three escorts.     

"Hello, Onee-chan~!" - exclaimed Naruto with a smile as Ryu nodded.     

"Wow... I'd heard he was a father... but I never thought it would be three children..." - said Alpha in surprise.     

"Although you have to admit that they are cute, especially the girl" - smiled Beta while Gamma kept silent although a nod confirmed that she thought the same.     

"Hello, Shizuka-dono, girls" - smiled Kurama as he walked along with the children, who gave the girls of Nadeshiko Village a curious look.     

"Are they your children?" Shizuka asked as she noticed the resemblance between the redhead and the children, especially the little one with the red hair and the joking smile.     

"Yes... they are Izumi-chan, Ryu and my eldest son, Naruto" - smiled Kurama as the little ones bowed slightly as their father called out their names - "They are all the pride of the Uzumaki clan"     

A small smile appeared on Shizuka's face, though it quickly disappeared - "It's a pleasure to see you again... though I wish it had been sooner..."     

"Sorry, I've been a little busy with missions and a few activities" - apologized Kurama as he gave the girl a guilty look.     

"Don't worry... after all, you have a job as a shinobi" - Shizuka nodded as the girls looked at the children with excitement - "If it's not too much trouble, I'd like us to continue..."     

"Uh..." - Kurama gave the girl an awkward look when he heard this because he honestly didn't know what to do.     

"Did I say something wrong?" - Shizuka asked as she frowned.     

"No, it's not that" - denied Kurama as he looked at his children - "It's just that I was planning to go and talk to Kakashi about something important and then we would go and play in a river inside the Forest of Death... and no, don't worry, for us the name 'Forest of Death' is just that, a name".     

"I see..." - mumbled Shizuka as she shook her head - "I'm sorry for imposing myself like that"     

"Don't worry," replied Kurama with a smile.     

"Ne, Onee-chan?" - said Naruto as he looked at the leader of the Nadeshiko group - "Why don't you come with us to play?"     

"Right! Come with us!" - Little Izumi smiled as she looked at the girls with her big eyes.     

"Yes, come with us" - Ryu nodded as he looked at the girls.     

"Uh... I don't know..." - said Shizuka as she looked at her friends, only to notice how they nodded - "Ok, I guess..."     

"Yay~!" - the three boys exclaimed with excitement as a smile appeared on the girls' faces.     

"Thank you for accepting my children's request" - said Kurama softly.     

"Don't worry," Shizuka nodded as she watched the children get excited, "By the way... how big is the river?"     

"Hmm... enough for a normal bath," answered Kurama calmly.     

"Isn't that dangerous?" - asked Alpha with a scowl.     

"No, we have a special seal to prevent children from drowning," said Cloud with a smile. "And let's say it does more than that..."     

"Nishishi~! You'll love it, Onee-chan~!" - exclaimed little Naruto.     

"If so, then we'd better go change our clothes," said Beta as her two friends' eyes glowed slightly.     

"Oh... I guess you' re right," Shizuka nodded, after all, if they were going to a river, then they would have to find clothes to fit the situation.     

"Okay, I'll wait for you here in an hour," Kurama nodded as he instructed his children to follow him.     

The Nadeshiko girls only watched as the redheaded man retreated to his children, only to look at each other.     

"Is something wrong, girls?" - Shizuka asked seriously as she noticed the expressions of her friends.     

"This is your chance, Shizuka-sama!" - Alpha exclaimed as the others nodded.     

"Chance?" - Shizuka asked as she tilted her head - "You mean to get to know him better?"     

"Exactly," nodded Beta as she did so.

"You should improve your communication skills, Gamma" - said Shizuka as she watched her silent friend only communicate with signs - "Anyway, you're right... I guess I can use this opportunity to get to know the man called Uzumaki Kurama better"

"And we also have to get Gamma to start communicating with strangers"

It had been 30 minutes since Kurama and his children had separated from Shizuka and her subordinates.     

At this moment, he and the children were leaving Hokage Mansion with a smile on their faces.

"I guess I'll go get you some ice cream" - smiled Kurama as the children shouted excitedly - "Do you want to walk or go straight?"     

"Straight ahead!" - exclaimed the three children.     

Kurama only smiled in reply as the four disappeared in a red flash.     

When they reappeared, they were near the ice cream stand.     

"What do you want, children?" - Kurama asked as he looked at his children, though he already knew the answer.     

"Chocolate!" - exclaimed the children at the same time.     

"Okay, then it'll be four chocolate-flavored ones," Kurama nodded as the four of them walked to the stand.     

"It's a pleasure to have you back at my humble stall, Kurama-sama" - said the ice cream man - "The usual?"     

"Exactly," Kurama nodded as the children's eyes glowed with excitement.     

"Okay! Four chocolate ice creams coming out!" exclaimed the ice cream man as he started his work. After a few seconds, he handed over his ice cream to the children, who were barely resisting the temptation to devour the dessert.     

"Well? What are you waiting for?" - smiled Kurama as he watched the children begin to eat their ice cream.     

"Delicious~!" - the children exclaimed excitedly as their father watched them with a smile.     

"How much would that be?" - asked Kurama as he looked at the ice cream man.     

"This time, it's on the house," the man replied with a smile.     

"Oh, come on, you can't just give us your ice-cream for free," said Kurama as he shook his head.     

"Don't worry, Kurama-sama," smiled the ice cream man. "It's thanks to you and the children that my stand is moving forward... it's not every day one can proudly say that... Kurama-sama is consuming my products"     

The ice cream man was about to call the redheaded man, Sekkusu Kami-sama, but he resented saying so because he was with the children.     

"I see... though I still ask you to at least charge me a little," Kurama said as he frowned.     

"Ok... give me 200 Ryo for each ice cream and we are even" - the ice cream man smiled as he shook his head.
