The Legend of the Kyubi

Cap 211: Samui the Cloud Head (3)

Cap 211: Samui the Cloud Head (3)

It was a new day for the Elemental Nations and Kurama was walking through the entrance to the hotel where he was staying.

"Let's see... where can I go now?" - Kurama asked himself as he squinted, only to feel a cold look on his back - "!"

Slowly, he looked in the direction from which the gaze originated, only to be surprised to see how Samui was looking at him with her cold, emotionless eyes - "Samui-san? What are you doing here?"

Samui seemed to understand that he had discovered her, so she gave him a dark smile as she slowly moved her lips, causing the redhead's pupils to contract in the process.

'I've decided, I'll take you to the Lockdown... and don't worry, no one will be able to hear us, no one will interrupt us'.

That said, she disappeared from the scene after leaving the message.

". . ." - Kurama stayed static in his place while he felt his life was in danger. He never thought that saving a girl would bring him so much trouble - "Now what the fuck do I do with this. . . maybe get out of Kumo? No... she might chase me... it's not the first time something like that has happened..."

Kurama could still remember how Kurotsuchi was still chasing him

"I will see how things go... in the worst case, I will escape with the Hiraishin" - Kurama muttered as he shook his head.

* * * * *

A few hours passed before the two met and Kurama would not lie, he was a little nervous because he honestly did not know how to react against a Yandere, or at least what could be considered one.

"Kurama..." - said Samui as she stood behind him.

"Huh? Oh, hello, Samui-san..." - said Kurama with a forced smile because he honestly hadn't noticed the girl's presence, which is strange because it had never happened before.

"Is something wrong?" - Samui asked with her eyes narrowed. From her perspective, Kurama was acting strangely.

"Oh, it is nothing," Kurama smiled as he shook his head. "I was just thinking about the words you said to me... I could not quite understand them"

"?" - Samui tilted her head in confusion a few seconds before nodding - "I said I had decided where to go, first we'll go to the restaurant "Lockdown", it's a place that has that name because its rooms are dimly lit as it's specifically for a candlelit dinner"

"Oh, I see" - Kurama nodded - "And I thought you had acquired the Yandere virus"

"?" - Samui frowned when she heard this because she honestly didn't understand what he was trying to say - "I feel that the summary I gave you brought up some misunderstandings, so I'm going to specify a few things. When I said that we will be alone and that no one will interrupt us, it was because the "Lockdown" is a place that uses the room service method"

"Oh" - that was the moment where Kurama understood everything the girl was trying to say - "I'm sorry I misunderstood things"

"Don't worry..." - Samui nodded.

"Although I have a question now... what was that about the smile?" - Kurama asked curiously.

"I was nervous..." - Samui replied with a slight blush as she shook her head - "Karui made me see that I had invited you on a date and it's the first time I've done something like that"

"I see," Kurama nodded as he looked at the girl carefully. She was wearing a one-piece blue dress that contrasted beautifully with her pale skin, ice-blue eyes, and smooth blonde hair - "Although I hadn't thought of it as a date either"

". . ." - Samui looked down for a few seconds as she remembered the words Karui had spoken to her.

"Remember don't back down, Samui, you must always take the first step if you truly feel an interest in the redhead. As a woman, you have to use all your tools to catch the elusive fish, especially when you have all that destructive power'

"Since I invited you on a date... I guess we can continue" - said Samui neutrally.

"Are you sure?" - asked Kurama with concern - "I mean, you went through a bit of a rough time..."

"If I'm honest, I'm still a little shocked... although after killing those two bastards with my own hands, I'm much better" - answered Samui while looking at the sky - "It also helps that B sensei and A-sama helped me..."

". . ." - Kurama was silent for a few seconds while he felt the girl's aura, only to notice how stable she was.

"Although I won't lie, I still feel a little uncomfortable with having to talk to other men than you, B sensei or A-sama" - continued Samui while releasing a sigh - "I can't even talk to Atsui because the memories come back..."

"I see..." - Kurama murmured as he shook his head. "It's good that you don't have so many problems, because if I'm honest, I thought you'd go through what Kurenai-chan did"

"Kurenai?" - Samui asked with curiosity - "Who is she?"

"I'll explain it to you while we go to the " Lockdown "... Okay, that name leaves a lot of misunderstandings" - said Kurama while he squinted - "Anyway, let's eat, I'm a little hungry, and let's say the misunderstanding made me even hungrier"

"Okay, let's go," Samui nodded as the two of them walked to the restaurant talking.

"From there we gathered longer and one thing led to another," Samui answered calmly as he looked at the redhead who had just arrived. "But as you can see, it all began with..."

"?" - Kurama looked around in surprise - "Is something wrong?"

"Why didn't you tell us about this?!" - exclaimed Mabui in terror. She never expected her friend to be nearly raped by two Kumo shinobis.

"Exactly!" roared Yugito. She also could not believe that her friend had gone through something like that and not informed them.

"Because I didn't want them to react this way," Samui replied seriously. "Things didn't happen any bigger thanks to Kurama-san"

The girls looked at the redhead, only to notice how he shook his head. If Samui didn't want to talk, then he wouldn't say anything because that was none of his business.

"We'd better get back to the main issue that matters" - said Samui calmly - "After that day and for the rest of my vacation, it was where Kurama-san had other outings..."

"Although those were dates" - answered Kurama while shrugging - "And I have to admit that I did have fun"

Samui smiled when she heard this but her expression returned to normal when she noticed how her two friends were looking at her - "What?"

"I never thought you were so daring..." - Mabui said as she squinted. While she was worried about her friend, it didn't mean she wasn't jealous that she could date the redhead.

"What surprises me is that Karui knew about it and didn't inform us," said Yugito with surprise, although honestly, she didn't care much. Of the Kumo's three girls, she was the most hesitant about marrying the redhead, in fact, she only accepted because one, Matatabi did not stop insisting, and two, because she could occasionally remember the memories, she had seen a little over two years ago.

"Right... we'll talk to her later" - smiled Mabui while in her hospital room, Karui trembled slightly - "Anyway, that also explains why Atsui had acted so strangely over the last few years..."

"It was only recently that I forgave him because I understood that it wasn't his fault," sighed Samui while he shook his head. "He didn't know about his companions or their plans"

"It is good to hear that you have returned to the way you used to be," Mabui nodded with a smile. Despite her jealousy, she did not want her friend to suffer too much.

Kurama smiled when he heard this but his expression changed when he heard someone whispering to him.

"Touching... isn't it?"

"!" - Kurama quickly looked around as he frowned because that voice was too familiar, after all, it was his own.

"No... it is not yet time for you to see me..."

". . ." - Kurama's expression got worse and worse as he felt his chakra go out of control for a few seconds.

"I recommend you to relax. . ."

"Who are you..." - Kurama thought as he frowned.

". . ."

But he received no answer to his question.

"Is something wrong, Kurama-kun?" - Mabui asked as she looked at the red-headed man who was acting strangely.

"No... it's nothing" - answered Kurama while shaking his head - "I'm sorry girls but I need to do something... you can come over to the Uzumaki Mansion anytime"

The redheaded man quickly handed them some seals next to a map so that they could find his home and then left the place with a serious expression on his face.

"What happened to him?" - asked Yugito as she frowned.

"I don't know... but from his expression, I can tell that it is not something nice" - answered Mabui while shaking her head.

". . ." - Samui just kept silent as she watched the redhead leave the place and gave her friends a look - "What do we do now?"

"Hmm... Now that we have these seals and we know where he lives, I think it's a good time to go and meet our future sisters", Mabui answered with a smile. "What do you say?"

"I have no problem" - answered Samui while Yugito shrugged.
