The Legend of the Kyubi

A week had passed since Kurama had informed the girls about the general situation of Tsunade and at this moment they were gathered in the room with cold expressions on their faces because they had received a message they could not believe.     

"This has to be a joke, a trap perhaps" - said Shizune seriously while the others said nothing - "It is impossible that Orochimaru has died..."     

"I... don't know what to believe..." - said Anko as she frowned at the words of the black-haired woman - "If I'm honest, I feel it's true..."     

"Why do you say that Anko-chan?" - Kushina asked seriously.     

"Because even though you extracted that bastard's soul from the mark on my neck, I could still feel his disgusting presence," answered Anko neutrally as she rubbed the mark on her neck with her hand.     

A deep silence invaded the room while the girls looked at each other without knowing how to react.     

"If this news is true... then we must know who was responsible for such act..." - said Mikoto seriously.     

"Akatsuki," replied a male voice as he entered the room, this being Jiraiya, "I went to check the veracity of the information and discovered that the attack that destroyed Oto was the same one that Nagato used against us in Kumo"     

". . ." - the silence grew much deeper when they heard the words of the Sannin because it was obvious that if Akatsuki was in the middle of it all, then things were not as simple as they thought.

Orochimaru slowly looked up and noticed how the Uchiha was now not wearing a mask but what surprised him most, was that he not only had a Sharingan but also had something he had only seen from afar - "R-Rinnegan... Obito... Uchiha...."

"Can you use that?" - asked Menma as he looked at his colleague.
