The Legend of the Kyubi

Cap 254: Fleabag vs Board

Cap 254: Fleabag vs Board

". . ." - Obito was silent for a few seconds before he felt his anger grow.

"Oh, I think I talked too much," said Zetsu as he burst out laughing, "But I'm not lying, I don't gain anything by doing it"

"I know, that's why I'm doing this" - answered Obito while he was calming down - "I just wish I had her by my side one more time..."

". . ." - Zetsu said nothing else, he just gave her a dark smile that Obito didn't notice because he was concentrated in his search for happiness.

"I have a bad feeling..." - said Itachi as he looked at the Hokage Monument - "Something tells me things are going to get ugly..."

"How ugly?" - asked Kisame as he devoured a fish skewer - "Hmm... not bad at all... As I was saying, how ugly? Level Sasori's Puppet or Zetsu's face?"

". . ." - Itachi gave a neutral look to his friend who had saved his life.

"What? I'm just trying to brighten up a block of ice like you," snorted Kisame as he rolled his eyes. "Come on, tell him what I mean, Rocky"

"Are you still going with that rock?" - Itachi asked with a scowl.

"In fact, this one is called Rocky III," answered Kisame as he scratched his cheek. "Rocky II died in my bed... I rolled over in my sleep and forgot I had him next to me...

". . ." - Itachi was only silent when he heard this because he knew that things would get much worse if he answered.

"But going back to your hunch, I feel the same way too" - answered Kisame seriously - "And it doesn't take a genius to know that our former colleagues have a lot to do with all this"

Itachi closed his eyes when he heard Kisame's words because he too thought the same thing - "I think it's time we entered the [Hyperbolic Time Chamber]"

"Hmm... in fact, this works for me... I was curious to know what that thing looked like" - nodded Kisame as the two of them walked to where Kakashi's office was, only to be surprised how he was talking to someone familiar to one of them.

"Zabuza?" - asked Kisame in surprise. "Right, you're living here now"

"Kisame... it's been a while since we last saw each other..." - said Zabuza normally.

"Yes... about 10 years" - answered Kisame as he shrugged - "Although I'm surprised you didn't see me sooner"

"I've been busy" - answered Zabuza normally - "Later I'll introduce you to my daughter"

"Okay, that's a surprise," said Kisame as he opened his eyes. "I never thought the Demon of the Mist would have a daughter"

"She's adopted," Zabuza responded as he rolled his eyes, "Anyway, we'll keep talking later because I'm sure you have something to talk about with this idiot"

"More respect for your Hokage, Zabuza" - said Kakashi with neutrality.

"Yes, yes, as you say," said Zabuza as he snorted with disdain.

"Ok, leaving the disrespectful attitude of the water head, What do you need?" - asked Kakashi seriously.

"The ice cube had a bad feeling, so we decided to go to the [Hyperbolic Time Chamber] to train," Kisame replied calmly. " We think Akatsuki will be moving again soon"

"I see..." - murmured Kakashi as he closed his eyes - "Okay, I'll allow it because it's better to be safe than sorry"

"I'm going in too" - said Zabuza while looking at the surprised Kakashi because he had proposed this, but Zabuza had refused - "I know what you think, Kakashi... but before I couldn't because it wasn't the right time, now it's a more than perfect time, more with Kisame here"

"?" - Kakashi frowned as he looked at the two Swordsmen in confusion.

"Believe me when I tell you that when two Swordsmen of the Mist train together, the results are far superior" - answered Kisame while shrugging his shoulders - "Don't ask why, because we don't know either, although if I had to give an answer, I would say it has to do with our swords".

"I think so too" - added Zabuza while taking his Kubikiribocho - "Let's just say that our swords don't like to lose to the others..."

Kisame nodded because Samehada was always a proud and competitive sword.

"Ok, approved, I will talk to Kushina-sama and explain the situation" - answered Kakashi seriously while sending a message to Uzu - "By the way... ask Sasuke if he wants to come in with you..."

"Ok" - nodded Itachi as he retired with the two Mist Swordsmen.

"I suppose it is time for our training setup," said Kisame as Zabuza gave him a blank look.

* * * * *

Two days had passed since Kakashi's meeting with Itachi and the others, and at this time they were making final preparations to enter the special training area.

"I'm sorry for the delay, it's just that we've been busy lately," said Kushina as she looked at her best friend's oldest son.

"Don't worry, Kushina-sama... we know" - responded Itachi while telling her not to worry - "By the way, how are my mother and Izumi-chan?"

"They are fine" - answered Kushina with a smile - "In fact, they are looking forward to your visit, by the way, Ayame-chan wants to see you"

". . ." - Itachi was silent for a few seconds before nodding. He, too, wanted to see the girl he loved so much.

"Ok, this is ready" - said Kushina as the door slowly opened - "Good luck"

"Thank you" - said Sasuke, who had said goodbye to Sakura and Sarada because he would not see them in one year.

"We do not need luck" - said Kisame with a toothy smile - " Isn't it, Samehada?"

Kisame's sword only trembled in approval.

"Okay, it's time" - said Zabuza seriously.

"Good luck, Tou-sama" - said Haku - "Don't overexert yourself"

"Relax, I'm not that weak" - snorted Zabuza as he entered first.

"It's a surprise to see such a shy idiot" - said Kisame as he looked at the girl - "And it's much more surprising to see a survivor of the Yuki clan"

". . ." - Haku felt a little uneasy because that was a past she didn't like to remember.

"Be quiet, fish head," said Zabuza as he grabbed his partner by the head and dragged him in when he heard his words.

Haku smiled when she saw this because again it showed that appearances can be deceiving, especially from someone like Zabuza who was all fierce and rough on the outside, but was someone kind on the inside, at least to those close to him.

"Okay, the door won't open for another day, people who are family or friends of those inside can stay in the mansion if they want to, just don't make a mess and everything will be fine" - responded Kushina calmly while making a hand seal, and in the process, making the whole mansion glow for a few seconds.

"What was that?" - asked Haku with surprise and curiosity.

"You see, I cannot stay here long because I have many things to do, that's why I activated the security seals of the mansion" - responded Kushina with a smile - "With this, nobody will be able to enter the most important points of the mansion, and if by any chance it happens, then a second seal will warn us, and we will arrive immediately"

"I see..." - Haku nodded as she saw the redheaded woman leave, but not before saying goodbye to those present.

"And now what do we do?" - asked Haku while she looked at her boyfriend and then at Sakura.

" Wait, we do not have anything else" - Kiba answered calmly while he observed the surroundings - "I wonder what kind of secrets the Uzumaki have..."

"I recommend you not to make anything stupid, fleabag" - said Sakura while she rolled her eyes - "Remember that the worst thing that you can make, is play with the Seals of an Uzumaki"

"Don't call me fleabag, ironing board" - said Kiba fiercely.

"What did you call me, Kiba?!" - roared Sakura as her Chakra started to get out of control.

"Kiba-kun..." - said Haku while she looked at her boyfriend, only to notice how he had frozen - "Well, this time he earned it"

Kiba was about to fall to the floor to release foam for the mouth, but his luck seemed to improve because when Sakura was about to provide her deserved punishment towards the fleabag, Sarada began to cry.

"You survived this time..." - Sakura grunted while she calmed down enough to be able to control her chakra, and then to leave with her daughter, but not before making clear that she would not forget what had just happened.

"Safe..." - Kiba murmured as he fell to his knees. He could feel how he was losing all his strength after having survived the anger of an enraged Sakura.

"Why did you say something like that when you know that Sakura-san does not enjoy being called flat?" - asked Haku while she frowned.

"I panicked, ok!" - exclaimed Kiba as he shook his head - "Besides, I let anger guide my mouth..."

Haku was also aware that Kiba did not like to be called a fleabag because that was a derogatory term for them.

"Okay, I understand how you feel, so I'll talk to her, so she doesn't use that word anymore" - said Haku as Kiba nodded.

"As long as she doesn't call me fleabag anymore, I'm going to do my best not to call her a board," replied Kiba.
