The Legend of the Kyubi

Two huge animals were wreaking havoc while two men were flying out at high speed.     

"I never thought that it would be so annoying to fight someone with my same power..." -said Nagato as he narrowed his eyes in irritation.     

The battle against Obito had lasted more than a day and there was still no apparent winner despite all the destruction they had caused.     

"You stole the words from my mouth," replied Obito as he breathed heavily. He could feel how his Tenketsu was beginning to hurt from so much chakra he had consumed - "But well, we better get on with it..."     

". . ." - Nagato did not respond, he just looked neutrally at his opponent while his eyes glowed with evil.

"Katsu!" - roared Konan as she pressed her hands to the ground, only to have the entire area around her explode at the mere mention of the word. She was breathing heavily as she felt the situation getting worse.     

Konan had been fighting relentlessly, something she had never done before in her life thanks to her limited chakra levels.     

"You are more annoying than I thought..." - said Black Zetsu as he stepped off the floor with a hateful look on his face - "But I think it's time we end the games..."     

Menma slowly came out of the ground, it was obvious that Zetsu had saved him because he was still an important part of his plan. He only looked fiercely at the woman because during this fight, he had been on the verge of death countless times, which he never thought possible because he always had the mentality that Konan was just a weak whore.     

"I still don't understand how you managed to get the help of the Kyubi no Kitsune, but it doesn't matter," said Black Zetsu as he narrowed his eyes. "It's a pity that we couldn't use that chakra for our plans, although I have to admit that thanks to this discovery I now know that you would be an annoying opponent if you had a slightly higher chakra level"     

". . ." - Konan only responded with silence as she felt the tiredness begin to take hold of her body. She could feel the enormous burden that Kurama's chakra was on her body, but she only gritted her teeth and continued to fight because she knew that if she stopped for just a few seconds, Zetsu and Menma would kill her in the blink of an eye, they would not even think twice about giving her a deserved end.     

"You're annoying, Konan" - said Menma as he released his entire chakra in one fell swoop - "Much more annoying than I ever dreamed of... I guess that's what I get for belittling my opponents..."     

Black Zetsu quickly used hand seals to create many vines, only to open his eyes in surprise when he felt a familiar presence for a few seconds - ". . ."

"Chibaku Tensei!" - exclaimed Nagato as everything in the place began to shake. The earth began to break up and levitate as the chakra around the orange-haired man increased dramatically.     

"That's one of the few techniques I can't control very effectively," said Obito with a scowl, only to jump from stone to stone as these levitated - "But never mind! Shinra Tensei!"     

Obito quickly used his gravity repellent Jutsu to be able to move more easily. He quickly reached Nagato's side and with a quick movement put his hands on the man's face - "It's time for you to try some of your own medicine"     

"!" - Nagato opened his eyes in surprise when he felt his chakra being absorbed by his opponent.     

"I have to admit that this is one of my favorite skills" - said Obito as he continued to drain from his opponent's chakra     

"Two can play this game, Uchiha Obito..." - grunted Nagato as he activated his Petra Path. Unlike before, he could now concentrate all his skills on the one body he had left because the connection between the Six Paths had already been destroyed.     

Obito could feel how his whole body was beginning to hurt from the continuous flow of chakra moving in and out of his body. Nagato was not far behind, although unlike Obito, he was using the body of his dead friend as a medium, so he was not suffering as much by comparison.     

"Let's see how long you last using that technique!" - exclaimed Nagato fiercely as he increased the power of absorption - "Because I can do it for a long time"     

". . ." - Obito clenched his teeth in irritation as he did the same thing as his opponent, increasing the power of his technique.     

The two fighters were again stuck with each other as they felt their bodies about to break under the pressure.

"That was Kurama-sama's chakra..." - said one of Konoha's Anbu who was monitoring the situation - "That means he has something to do with the situation that is developing..."     

"If so, then we may not even have to do a 5 Kage Summit" - answered a second Anbu, only this one was from Kumo.     

The other Anbu from the different Nations just nodded silently as they squinted.     

This was perfect for them, after all, Akatsuki had been a pain in the ass for years, not to mention that many of them wanted to see that criminal group disappear once and for all.     

"I think our best option would be to go directly to them and investigate more deeply," replied the Anbu of Kirigakure no Sato as he looked at the others, "The more detailed our information, the better our reaction"     

"Sorry for the delay..." - said a shinobi with a mask that had a picture of a red spiral.     

"I guess you are the new Anbu of Uzushiogakure no Sato..." - said the Anbu of Konoha.     

"Exactly, this is my first mission, so I'm hoping everything will go well" - answered the Uzu Anbu while shrugging his shoulders - "Anyway, I better concentrate on work, anything I need to know?"     

"That your leader is in the middle of this" - said the Konoha Anbu as he pointed in the direction where the Nine Tailed Bijuu chakra could be felt.     

"I see..." - nodded the Anbu of Uzu as he took out a scroll and wrote a report, only to have the rest of the Anbu open his eyes in surprise when they saw the letters disappear - "Surprised? This is the new method that Kushina-sama thought up for our Anbu, now we can make reports from wherever we want without fear of being discovered because the moment we write a sentence, the words disappear and are 'transported' to the scroll that is in the hands of our leader Anbu".     

". . ." - the other Anbu were even more surprised when they heard this because it made their jobs so much easier.     

"Are they for sale?" - asked Konoha's Anbu.     

"I'm sorry, for now it's only the Uzumaki clan's own technology," replied the Anbu as he shrugged.     

The other Anbu only sighed with regret, only to be alerted when they noticed someone appearing out of nowhere.     

"Kushina-sama?" - asked Konoha's Anbu in surprise.     

"Oh, it's you, Tora" - said Kushina with a smile, only to look at the other Anbu - "I'm sorry for the interruption, it's just that Okami informed me of something interesting..."     

"You mean the presence of Kurama-sama's chakra?" - asked Konoha's Tora as he raised an eyebrow behind his mask.     

"Exactly, Kuro-chan has been missing for three days and counting, and we honestly have no information of his whereabouts" - answered Kushina seriously while the Anbu were surprised by her words - "That's why I came to see what was going on because it is quite possible that here I will find the reason for his mysterious disappearance"     

"I see..." - whispered the Anbu before deciding it was time to move. If they could get on Kushina's good side, it would make things a little easier in their future negotiations.     

"I guess you guys have already decided what to do" - said Kushina when he noticed how all the Anbu present were preparing to move on - "The Uzumaki clan thanks you"     

"We are allies, Kushina-sama" - said the Konoha Anbu as the others nodded firmly.     

The Anbu of Uzu said nothing while Kushina just smiled - "But that doesn't take away from the fact that I am grateful"     

Having said that, the group left in the direction where they had felt the Kurama's chakra, without noticing that someone was watching them in silence.     

"It is a surprise that things ended this way" - said the unknown voice as he began to think - "Although it was not out of the calculations I had made..."     

The unknown man thought for a few seconds before shaking his head - "I'd better go too, after all, I don't want anything to happen to Konan and Kushi-chan, not to mention that I have to help Nagato after the help he gave me...".     

The silhouette gradually showed its features, the most prominent being long crimson hair, eyes with slit pupils and different color, one being blue and the other gold.
