"Zetsu!" - exclaimed Menma when he noticed the change in his battle partner's expression.
"Change of plans" - said Zetsu seriously as a huge smile appeared on his strange face - "A much bigger fish entered our net"
"?" - Menma frowned when he heard this, only to open her eyes when she felt the presence of someone familiar - "Uzumaki Kushina..."
Kushina quickly showed up in front of the two men, only to ignore them and focus on the woman - "Who are you?"
". . ." - Konan was silent for a few seconds while stopping her attack that was about to explode.
Kushina was actually confused by the woman in front of her because she had never seen her before.
"It is normal that you don't know her, Uzumaki Kushina, after all, she is the weakest member of Akatsuki, as well as the only one who always stands by the real body of Nagato" - replied Zetsu as he felt how things were getting better with every minute that passed. He could feel how the chakra that Kurama had sealed in that strange scroll was about to end, and now Kushina appeared in the area to investigate, facilitating her capture on a large scale.
Kushina gave the woman another look, only to notice how exhausted she was, and then to start thinking. It was obvious that her husband had something to do with this woman, or perhaps with the Uzumaki who was in charge of Akatsuki, so she did not know how to react to the situation.
"I promise I will explain things to you when we are done with this, now I need you to help me end these two or the problems we have will only increase," Konan said as she looked at the wife of the man she had sex with.
"Ok... I can feel that you are not lying to me, not to mention that Kuro-chan trusted you, that is more than enough proof to gain my trust" - replied Kushina as she prepared to fight.
The Anbu's squad quickly appeared behind Kushina as they watched Konoha's traitor and the black entity in silence.

After a few seconds, many white silhouettes began to emerge from the earth, causing great terror to the Anbu who did not expect this outcome.
"I present to you the result of the efforts to annihilate all those villages" - said Black Zetsu while he burst out laughing - "I thank you for coming to this place, Uzumaki Kushina because now that you are here, capturing you will be as easy as hunting a small rabbit"
Kushina did not answer him, she just gave him a silent glance, although after a few seconds a small smile appeared on her lips.
"What's wrong, Uzumaki Kushina? Did fear make you lose your mind?" - asked Black Zetsu condescendingly, only to notice half of his army turning to ashes - "Huh?"
Zetsu quickly looked around because he couldn't believe what he had seen, only to feel a chill as he felt a piercing glance on his back.
"I heard something interesting..." - said a familiar male voice - "But I think I'm going to intrude on your plans"
When the voice disappeared, the other half of the newly formed White Zetsu army disappeared as if it had never been there before, causing great surprise and terror to Zetsu.
"H-How?!" - exclaimed Zetsu as he looked around, only to notice how a red-haired man was watching him with amusement, as if he were a clown doing his act for the audience - "You! Kyubi no Kitsune, Uzumaki Kurama!"
"Hello, Zetsu" - said Kurama while giving him a smile.
"Kuro-chan!" - Kushina exclaimed in surprise at the new change in her husband's appearance - "Do I have to ask?"
"I'll tell you later, I have some things to do now" - answered Kurama while giving her a smile, only to have her expression become neutral - "I'm a person who sincerely doesn't give a shit about what happens to others, but when you mess with mine, things change drastically, and you've been a pain in the ass with all your actions..."
Kurama snapped his fingers and after a few seconds everyone present except him and the two hostile shinobis disappeared.
"How did you do that?!" - exclaimed Zetsu in surprise.
"Let's say that like Uzumaki, I have an innate affinity to the Fuinjutsu," answered Kurama as he shrugged his shoulders. "Although the members of my clan have a specialization that makes your affinity to that branch much greater than with the others, in my case it is Space-Time, I can use all kinds of Fuinjutsu from that branch with ease, although I have to put twice as much effort into other types of Fuinjutsu because I do not have a talent as great as Kushi-chan who is practically a genius born every 100 years of the history of the Uzumaki clan".
"You used the Hiraishin..." - replied Menma with neutrality.
"Exactly, let's say that the last few days I doubled all my experiences" - answered Kurama while shrugging, only to stare at the two shinobis in front of him - "Now, it's time to end this charade once and for all, you two are a problem I'm willing to eliminate"
". . ." - Zetsu quickly began to think of a possible way to escape, only to look at Menma with a huge smile.
Menma noticed this look and also observed his ''teammate'' neutrally, only to notice how he disappeared without a second thought.
"Buy some time and I promise I'll treat your mother well if you die," said Zetsu as he burst out laughing. "And don't worry, I promise we'll bring you back if you die, remember you're still an important part of our plan"
"Do you really think you can escape so easily?" - asked Kurama as he made a hand seal and created a barrier around the area, only to click his tongue in irritation when he noticed how Zetsu's presence had disappeared - "Tch, that thing is a slippery little bitch, but well, at least I'll be able to have fun with you, Menma"
". . ." - Menma clenched his teeth fiercely as he felt his chakra rise from the dark emotions he felt - "I guess you won't let me go..."
"I am sorry to tell you that it is not possible" - denied Kurama as he extended his hand in the direction of the blond boy.
". . ." - Menma was silent as she stood on guard.
"Let's see how long you can resist my attacks," said Kurama as the area seemed to change dramatically. The whole place was now surrounded by blood-red flames as Kurama burst out laughing - "I present to you the latest technique I learned, a technique that combines Fire, Yin and Yang... Katon: Rengoku (Fire Release - Purgatory)!"
"ARgh!" - Menma's cries of pain were not long in coming as the flames surrounded his body. He could feel the memories of all he had done coming back to his mind, even memories he had decided to forget.
Menma could feel how all the people he had harmed over all these years were now coming to enjoy his suffering while yelling for the flames to be more powerful.
Purgatory was a simple technique to explain, Kurama used his Onmyoton ( Yin and Yang Release) to be able to affect the mind of the enemy and make him see his darkest secrets, and the more sins he committed, the more pain the flames would cause. This technique was practically a true illusion, one that the victim would like to awaken, a pity that since it directly affected the victim's subconscious, it was much more difficult to counteract.

". . ." - Nagato did not answer him, he just frowned as sweat ran down his face as his Deva Path continued to fight the Uchiha.
"You know, there's something I've always wanted to tell you and I think this is the perfect time to do it," said Zetsu as a cruel smile appeared on his face. "It has to do with the death of your best friend at the hands of Hanzo"
"!" - Nagato opened his eyes in surprise when he heard this, only to concentrate again on his battle.
"Tell me... Do you want to know the truth?" - asked Zetsu as he noticed how Nagato was silently watching him - "I guess that's a yes? Ha-ha-ha!"
