The Legend of the Kyubi

Extra 12: The Trouble Arrives 2

Extra 12: The Trouble Arrives 2

A month had passed since the [Fox Hunt] event and Kurama was currently training his student Inari - "Good job, with this you are now ready to practice Jonin level Taijutsu."

"Thank you, Sensei!" - Inari exclaimed excitedly as he continued to train his body.

Kurama nodded at his student's attitude as a smile appeared on his face, though it disappeared when he saw an Anbu arrive at his location.

"Sorry for the interruption, Kurama-sama, but Kakashi-dono has sent an urgent message" - the Anbu said as he handed the scroll to his leader and disappeared from the location.

Kurama opened it, only to frown as he saw the contents - "I knew this day would come."

"Sensei?" - Inari looked in confusion at his teacher, only to notice how the albino created a clone and disappeared from the place - "Is the situation so serious that Sensei has to go personally?"

"I wouldn't say serious, but annoying" - replied the clone while shaking his head - "Don't worry, let's continue with the training."

"Ok" - nodded Inari seriously. If his Sensei told him that there was nothing to worry about, then he would accept his words.

"Ok, I'm here" - Kurama said as he appeared in a white flash in the office of the Godaime Hokage of Konoha, only to see how Koyuki was looking at him with surprise.

"White hair, not bad" - nodded Koyuki with a sensual smile on her lips - "It's nice to see you again, Kurama-san."

"I think you're being too familiar with me, Koyuki-dono" - Kurama replied while frowning because in front of him was the woman who had managed to fool one of his clones - "But well, I don't think you came just to see me once again"

"In fact, that's the main goal" - Koyuki replied while folding her arms - "You can't escape from me, Kurama-kun, not when you saw my naked body. Clone or not, you have to accept the responsibility."

Kurama frowned but said nothing to deny the woman's words.

"Or perhaps you are looking down on me because I worked as an actress?" - Koyuki asked with a sharp look - "If so, then let me tell you that I'm disappointed because all my 'high risk' shots, were done by a double."

"Ok, I get it" - said Kurama while frowning.

"Just give up and accept that I hold all the cards in my favor, Kurama-kun" - said Koyuki with a victorious smile.

"I was sure you had calmed down after talking to Kushi-chan" - said Kurama seriously.

"I don't know what you're talking about!" - Koyuki replied as her face paled, though she quickly coughed to change the subject - "W-Whatever, for now, I'd like you to be my escort."

"Didn't you have a meeting with Kakashi for a new alliance between Konoha and Haru no Kuni?" - Kurama asked while raising an eyebrow.

"Indeed, but the meeting will be in a few hours" - Koyuki replied calmly.

"This time I'm asking you to escort Koyuki-dono, Kurama" - said Kakashi while looking at the albino - "I know I have no right to ask you since you are the leader of another village, but I still ask you the favor"

"OK, I'm going to do it" - replied Kurama while sighing - "I have some things to settle with this woman."

"I am a daimyo, and soon to be one of your betrothed, so I ask for the respect I deserve, Kurama-kun" - Koyuki said with a frown - "I don't find it pleasant when you call me 'this woman'"

"Ok, I'm sorry for my disrespectful words, Koyuki-dono" - replied Kurama as he walked out of the office.

"This is going to be harder than I thought" - Koyuki muttered as she frowned even more.

"I don't think it helps that you're practically forcing him" - Kakashi replied calmly, though his expression showed that he wasn't happy with the attitude of the woman in front of him.

"I know, but I'm at a disadvantage here" - Koyuki replied while sighing regretfully - "As you know, this relationship should have ended the moment I took command of Haru no Kuni, but thanks to a risky move, I managed to 'capture' Kurama-kun."

"Look, if you want things to change for the better, you'd better talk this over with Kurama" - Kakashi said calmly - "If you don't do that first, then your situation won't improve."

". . ." - Koyuki was silent for a few seconds before nodding - "Thank you for your advice, Kakashi-dono."

"I hope that will score me some points during our future negotiation" - Kakashi answered seriously.

"I'm sorry to tell you that won't happen" - Koyuki replied with a mysterious smile - "I appreciate your help, but business, is business."

"OK, at least I tried" - Kakashi replied while shrugging his shoulders as he watched the woman retreating from his office - "She's not a bad person, though she's a bit greedy."

"Sorry for the delay" - said Koyuki when she saw how the white-haired man was waiting for her outside the Hokage Tower.

"No worries" - replied Kurama calmly - "Where do you want to go first?"

"How about to a motel?" - Koyuki asked with a sexy smile on her lips, though it quickly disappeared - "Just kidding, let's go to a restaurant first, then we'll see what to do."

Kurama raised an eyebrow at such a drastic change in Koyuki's personality, but still nodded - "I have the perfect place."

"I'll be looking forward to it" - Koyuki replied with a calm smile. Maybe taking things slow was the right answer.

* * *

"Thank you so much for escorting me" - Koyuki said with a smile as she looked at the white-haired man - "I guess that would be all for now."

"It wasn't that bad date" - Kurama replied calmly as he looked at the woman - "Although it's a surprise that you acted so relaxed."

"What can I say, I needed a change of atmosphere" - Koyuki replied with a smile - "Well, see you after I finish my meeting with Kakashi-dono"

"Good luck" - Kurama replied as he shrugged his shoulders, only to notice how the woman retreated without saying anything else - "Strange, normally this would be the part where she would try something."

Kurama thought for a few seconds before shaking his head - "Anyway, I guess I'm going to use some of my time before Koyuki returns."

* * * * *

Two hours later, Koyuki and Kurama were sitting inside a restaurant. The woman had finished her meeting with the Godaime Hokage and even though it had been a success, she had had to use a lot of her cards.

"Kakashi-dono is much more cunning than he looks" - Koyuki muttered while frowning - "I had to use a lot of Haru no Kuni's products as a connection to secure a better alliance with Konoha."

The alliance between Haru no Kuni and Konohagakure no Sato, was written in stone long before she came to the village, all thanks to her strange relationship with the man in front of her.

"All thanks to Tina forcing him to read diplomacy, instead of that crap called 'Icha Icha'" - Kurama replied disdainfully.

"Don't call it shit" - Koyuki snorted as she looked at the white-haired man - "It was thanks to that book that I got to meet you."

Kurama raised an eyebrow at Koyuki's surprise attack, though he quickly threw it to the corner of his mind - "I guess you're right."

"I was expecting a different kind of reaction" - Koyuki muttered as she began to think that her charms weren't as great as she thought - "Anyway, at least I achieved one of my goals, now I have to go for the second one."

"And that would be?" - Kurama asked curiously.

"To make you accept that you're my fiancé" - Koyuki answered as her eyes sparkled slightly.

"I see" - nodded Kurama calmly - "Good luck with that".

"Don't act like it has nothing to do with you!" - Koyuki exclaimed as she was starting to feel helpless - "Am I not good enough for you!"

Kurama looked around and noticed how everyone was watching them, so he activated a privacy seal to prevent anyone else from seeing what was going on at their table - "Look, Koyuki, it's not that you're not good enough for me, it's just that I don't have this kind of feelings for you!"

"I know, but we can try!" - Koyuki exclaimed with irritation - "Since your clone disappeared, you never contacted me, not even with letters!"

Kurama felt bad when he heard this because it was true, he hadn't talked to Koyuki since a few months ago, although this also happened with Shion.

"But I won't give up!" - Koyuki exclaimed as her expression changed. The sadness was gone and now only conviction remained - "I have you in my sights, Uzumaki Kurama, and I'm going to use every trick I have so I can become your wife, be it seduction, stratagems, or even **** if necessary!"

". . ." - Kurama went blank when he heard this as an amused smile appeared on his face - "You're weird."

"In a good way, or a bad way?" - Koyuki asked curiously.

"A little of both" - replied Kurama calmly - "But well, answering to your 'confession', I'm just going to tell you one thing."

"What?" - Koyuki again raised an eyebrow.

"Good luck, because you're going to need it" - Kurama replied calmly as he deactivated the seal and called a waiter to inform him about his request.
