Extra 18: Naruto Adventures (1/2)

Extra 18: Naruto Adventures (1/2)

"Bored" - muttered a 15-year-old Naruto as he frowned.

He was sitting in the park in Konoha because he had decided to accompany his father to an important meeting with the current Hokage, Sasuke.

"I'm bored!" - Naruto shouted as he grunted in irritation, only to sigh regretfully, but as he was about to get up, his expression changed when he heard a familiar voice - "Naruto Nii?"

"Sarada-chan?" - Naruto said in surprise when he saw the young daughter of the Hokage.

"Naruto Nii!" - Sarada shouted as she ran and hugged the Uzumaki heir - "I knew it was you!"

Naruto was silent with a forced smile.

"Naruto Nii?" - Sarada asked as she looked at the red-haired boy with her huge eyes.

"Y-You've grown during these years that I haven't seen you, Sarada-chan" - Naruto said awkwardly because he could notice how the little Uchiha girl was attached to him and such it seemed that she didn't want to let go of him.

"Un!" - Sarada nodded as she let out a happy laugh and continued to hug her 'Nii-san'.

"Who is the pretty boy and why is he acting so close with Sarada-sama?" - A boy asked with a frown. He was similar in age to the Hokage's daughter and from his attitude, it was obvious that he was interested in the young Uchiha girl.

"I haven't seen him in Konoha before," said another boy as he snorted in disdain, "He sure is one of those country kids."

"From his clothes, he wouldn't look like one" - another boy replied as he shook his head. It was obvious that Naruto was someone from the upper class because of the fine clothes he wore.

"It's obvious he's not from Konoha" - said a girl with a huge blush on her cheeks - "If he was, we would know about such a handsome boy."

The other girls were the same way. They had to admit that Naruto was someone handsome for his age and this caused the boys to be much more jealous.

"Hey, who are you!" - The first boy shouted as he ran to Naruto's side and pushed him away from Sarada.

Naruto was surprised at this action while Sarada looked at her 'friend' with annoyance. She was enjoying being able to see her 'Nii' after quite a while and along came this boy to ruin her emotional moment.

"I'm asking you, Stranger!" - The boy shouted as he saw how the red-haired boy was ignoring him.

"It's rude to ask for a person's name and not introduce yourself first" - Naruto replied with annoyance when he saw how pushy the boy was acting in front of him.

"You better answer me unless you never want to come back to Konoha ever again!" - shouted the boy as he gritted his teeth in anger. He was one of the sons of the current civilian representative of Konoha and it was for this very reason that he had always been treated with respect, at least until now.

"I didn't know that Konoha was so prejudiced against people outside the village" - Naruto said seriously, then gave a smile to the little Uchiha - "Sorry Sarada-chan, I'll see you later because right now I'm not in the mood to keep walking around Konoha"

"B-But!" - Sarada exclaimed sadly, only to see the young Uzumaki disappear in a flash of red.

"!" - the children couldn't hide their surprise when they saw how the stranger had disappeared from the place without a trace.

"Why did you do that!" - Sarada shouted angrily as she looked at her now ex-friend with her Sharingan activated - "Do you by any chance not know how long I've waited to see Naruto Nii!"

"I..." - the boy tried to defend himself, but a glare from Sarada left him unable to say a single word.

"Please calm down, Sarada-sama" - another boy said as he tried to mediate the situation- "Kei was just trying to protect you from that strange person who could be a danger to you."

"Strange person?! Danger?!" - Sarada shouted angrily as her Sharingan began to spin - "You don't know who he was?!"

". . ." - the children looked at each other and shook their heads. They had no idea who this strange boy was, though from the look on Sarada's face, it was obvious that he was someone important to her.

"Is something wrong Kalm?" - She asked as she noticed the boy who was the quietest of the group, only to notice how he had a terrified expression on his face - "Kalm! Are you okay!"

The other boys looked at their friend who looked like he was going to faint at any second, only to hear him repeat the words 'that symbol'.

"Kalm, react!" - Kei exclaimed as he shook his friend, only for him to react.

"Huh? - Kalm looked around in surprise, only to start hyperventilating when he remembered what had happened earlier - "S-Sarada-sama, was he?"

"I see at least one of you understands the situation" - Sarada snorted as she looked at the children following her around - "Exactly."

". . ." - Kalm could not hide the terror he felt, only to fall to his knees on the floor - "He, he was the red prince!"

"The red prince?!" - The girls exclaimed in surprise, terror and excitement.

"Exactly, Naruto Nii, he is Uzumaki Naruto, prince of Uzu no Kuni and heir to the Uzumaki clan" - replied Sarada while looking at the children with a frown.

A deep silence pervaded the place as the children looked at each other.

The Uzumaki clan had become famous over the years for not only being a strong clan, but a kind one. They controlled Uzu no Kuni, as well as a large number of maritime trade routes.

Many wished to have connections to the Uzumaki clan through marriage between heirs, the most sought after being the boy they had seen recently.

"The red prince ~!" - The girls exclaimed excitedly as they remembered Kurama's words.

"Love is a feeling we all have a right to and I will not allow anyone to stand in the way of the happiness of my children or descendants!" - Kurama decreed coldly - "It doesn't matter if my firstborn falls in love with a slave, an orphan or a terminally ill woman! We will respect his decision and support him with all our hearts!"

The women of the Shinobi clans and those of the noble houses could only sigh with infatuation at the words of the Leader of the Uzumaki clan.

Right to love freely was something they could not afford, much less with a prince or in this case, a 'King'.

"Sarada-sama?" - A red-faced girl asked.

"I know what you want to ask" - Sarada snorted as she rolled her eyes at the women in the group - "I've known Naruto Nii for as long as I can remember, after all, my aunt is his younger sister and Tousan is Kurama-sama's best friend."

The children just shook their heads as the poor girl thought about the stupid question she had asked. It was common knowledge that Uzumaki Kurama and Uchiha Sasuke had a strong connection, not only because they were friends, but because Kurama was in a somewhat awkward relationship with the mother of the current Hokage.

"Yeah, I know" - Sarada said as she felt how everyone was starting to think rude things - "It's strange that my grandmother is my aunt's mother, and no, she's not old."

Sarada quickly pulled out a picture of her family and showed them to the boys, only for them to be shocked at the beauty and youthfulness of the woman who bore a huge resemblance to the current Hokage.

"She's your grandmother!" - One girl exclaimed in surprise because she couldn't believe that a woman who only looked 30 years old, was Sarada's grandmother. The girls were jealous because their grandmothers who were full of wrinkles, could not compare before the youth and beauty of the Uchiha matriarch.

"Is she Izumi-sama?" - A red-faced boy asked as he saw how cute the Uzumaki princess was.

"Wow, she's beautiful" - muttered Kalm as he noticed how the photo had been taken a few years ago.

"Izumi Nee is the one who treats me the best after my parents" - smiled Sarada as she remembered her Onee-chan and how she was helping her capture the elusive red specimen.

The boys were surprised after learning the identity of the stranger, though there was one of them who honestly didn't know what to do.

Kei was completely pale after learning about the identity of Uzumaki Naruto, only to feel his body trembling. He was in love with Sarada and his father approved of the idea of him pursuing that young love, but now he understood why the Hokage's daughter seemed not to be interested in other boys, she had already chosen her spouse and it was none other than the red prince.

The poor son of the civilian representative did not know how to react, so he could only do one thing, run away as fast as he could, maybe after a few minutes, he would know what to do.
