Extra 17: To Love Ruto (21)

Extra 17: To Love Ruto (21)

"I don't think Lala Satalin Deviluke will come to class today, Saki-sama" - said Rin as she looked at how annoyed her mistress was after waiting for hours at the school's entrance.

"This has to be a bad joke" - muttered Saki with a frown - "Did anyone tell her about my intentions? That's the only possible answer for why she was afraid to come today..."

"That's impossible, Saki-sama, only the three of us knew about this confrontation, and we are completely loyal to you" - Rin replied as she gave her mistress a strange look.

"I know, I just don't understand" - Saki replied with a frown - "Why didn't she come just today?"

It took the whole school day for them to find out the truth, time in which Saki let out a scream of frustration because it was ridiculous how unlucky she had been, and the huge coincidence that Rito Yuuki got sick, and they stayed to take care of him.

"Is it all over?" - Ryoko Mikado asked as she looked at her lover.

"Yeah, I took care of that jerk" - Kurama replied as he wiped the green blood from his hands with a handkerchief his girlfriend had handed him - "Thank you."

"What about the animals?" - Mikado asked with a frown.

"For now I have them in my pocket dimension, later I'll talk to the asshole emperor to assign someone to send them back home" - replied Kurama calmly while holding the bridge of his nose - "Such it seems that this planet is starting to gain enormous attention thanks to the presence of Lala-chan and her future husband."

"It was to be expected, remember that she is the princess of the empire" - replied Mikado as she shook her head.

"Leaving that aside, how is Rito?" - Kurama asked with concern.

"He's fine, in fact, he has to feel lucky I knew how to treat that bite" - replied Mikado as he took out a vial with a strange red colored viscous liquid - "If not for that, at best the boy would have been transformed into a species similar to those inhabiting [Tetramania], and wouldn't be able to come into contact with people from this planet"

Kurama nodded when he heard this as he shook his head - "The good thing is that everything is fine."

"Yeah" - nodded Mikado as the two adults walked towards home - "Good thing you left some clones, maybe we could take advantage of this moment, so we could spend some time together"

"Doesn't sound bad at all" - replied Kurama as the two walked quietly towards their room.

"Where's Mikado sensei and Kurama-san?" - Mikan asked as she looked around.

"Oh, they went back to school" - Naruto replied as he shrugged his shoulders.

"Oh, I wanted to thank them for helping my brother" - said Mikan as she let out a sigh - "I guess it's going to have to be for dinner time."

"That's a good idea, besides, you're a good cook" - replied Naruto with a smile - "I'm sure you'll make a good wife in the future"

"Th-That's what you think?" - Mikan said with embarrassment as she felt her cheeks blushing.

"Hmm" - Lala narrowed her eyes as a huge smile appeared on her face.

Ren decided to shrug his shoulders and think about something else. His friend's love life was none of his business.

A few days later, Kurama was walking to the classroom as he sighed with regret that today was the day of the school festival, in other words, he would have to work on his class café - "God, this couldn't be worse..."

* * *

"Ok, I spoke too soon, this is worse..." - Kurama muttered while keeping a fake smile on his face.

"You're so handsome ~" - said an older lady while trying to flirt with the white-haired man. This wouldn't be a problem, even he will try to answer some flirting out of politeness, but this woman was not only wearing too much makeup, but she was also being too impolite with her gripes - "What is someone like you, doing in a place like this ~?"

"I'm a teacher" - replied Kurama as he resisted the urge to punch this annoying woman.

"Interesting ~" - purred the woman as she whispered in his ear - "And tell me, are you single? Well, never mind, it's not like your partner has to find out about us ~"

"Tousan, it's your turn" - Naruto said as he reached the place where his father was.

"Ok, I'm coming right away" - replied Kurama with an honest smile before leaving.

"Tch" - the woman clicked her tongue as she looked at Naruto, only to notice that he was also handsome. She even thought that maybe she could go for the son first, and then for the father, but her expression changed when she saw the girl who was talking to the boy - "Tch."

"Thank you, son" - said Kurama as he watched Naruto return together with Lala.

"I could feel how you were about to kill that woman" - Naruto replied as he laughed awkwardly.

"I wasn't going to go that far, though I was going to make her disappear" - Kurama replied with a frown.

"W-Well, at least now you don't have to, and I didn't lie when I said it was your turn in the kitchen" - Naruto said while scratching his cheek.

"I hope it's not another one of those women" - Kurama replied while picking the bridge of his nose.

"Oh, don't worry, it's a girl, and she looks normal" - replied Lala with a smile.

Kurama just shrugged his shoulders before going to the kitchen and preparing the food.

5 minutes later, he was coming out of the kitchen with the plate done, and was heading to the customer's table.

"Here is your meal, beautiful lady" - Kurama said as he made a small bow.

"Oh, thank you very much" - Saki replied as she stared at Kurama with a dazed expression.

"Is something wrong?" - Kurama asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"Oh, no, I'm just surprised at how fast you prepared this dish" - replied Saki as she shook her head.

"It's no big mystery, I already had the ingredients prepared beforehand, as for the preparation, don't worry, I've done it with utmost care" - Kurama replied while bowing a second time - "I have a unique method to cook it faster than usual".

Saki gave Kurama another glance, then looked at the food.

Honestly, it didn't look much different from the food they prepared in just any restaurant, but after taking the first bite, she felt everything around her freeze - "Delicious ~!"

"Bon appétit" - Kurama smiled because he could tell how the girl was being honest with her words.

"How did you manage to get such an amazing taste?" - Saki asked seriously, after all, she had been to many high-class restaurants, and this was the first time she could feel the delicious taste of the food, linger a good time in her mouth. It was as if the dish Kurama had prepared, was memorized by her taste buds, and what made it dangerous, was that the taste did not want to disappear.

"It's my family's technique" - Kurama replied while keeping the information secret.

"Don't you want to be my personal cook?" - Saki asked as she continued to eat leisurely because a meal like this, had to be tasted slowly - "I promise I'll pay you better than your current job as a teacher."

"I'm sorry, but I don't think I can do it" - replied Kurama while shaking his head - "I enjoy my job as a teacher, not to mention that I don't think I can stand to be in the kitchen all day long"

"That's a pity" - said Saki as she continued to happily eat the food Kurama had brought her.

30 minutes later, the girl was wiping her lips with a handkerchief.

"It was delicious, so much so, that even I still still think it's a pity you don't want to be my personal cook" - muttered Saki regretfully as she looked at the white-haired man who stood by her side the whole time, like a good servant - "Are you sure you're not a butler, or have you worked as one?"

"No, let's just say my old jobs were far away from the service area" - Kurama answered with a mysterious smile.

Saki raised an eyebrow, but decided to ignore his desire to gather more information from this mysterious man - "Anyway, I'd better get back to my main objective."

Kurama raised an eyebrow as he looked at the girl curiously.

"Lala Satalin Deviluke!" - Saki exclaimed as she dropped off the money for the meal, as well as a tip for Kurama's good service.

"Huh?" - Lala looked confused at the girl who was calling her, only to notice how Kurama was standing next to this stranger - "You called me?"

"Yes, I've come to challenge you to a duel for the title of the most popular girl in school" - Saki said seriously.

"Duel?" - Lala answered with surprise because she didn't expect something so strange.
