The Legend of the Kyubi

After chatting a bit more with the Pokémon god, Hancock's group appeared at the entrance of the mansion, the place where they were greeted by the Uzumaki family, and although it was the first time they saw them, they could recognize them (more or less) from the description given by their Kurama.     

"It's a pleasure to have you girls" - Kushina said while looking at the newcomers, especially Rei - "I'm surprised it's only one..."     

"Believe me, there was no shortage of attempts to have more" - Hancock replied as she shook her head.     

"I like you girl" - smiled Kushina as she nodded - "Anyway, welcome to the Uzumaki mansion, this can be your home, or you can live in the guest house if you don't feel comfortable with the idea of staying with us."     

"Really?" - Kalifa asked as she adjusted her glasses.     

"Why do all people who wear glasses make the same move?" - Rias asked as she looked at Sona, her childhood friend.     

"I don't know, it's an instinctive movement" - answered Sona while adjusting her glasses, just like Tsubaki.     

Orochimaru, who was watching everything from the window, also adjusted his glasses.     

"We would like to live in the guest house" - said Hancock while looking at the others.     

"But I want to live with daddy!" - Rei exclaimed with a frown.     

"Later we will, right now we have some things to do" - replied Hancock as she looked at her princess - "Ok?"     

"Ok..." - Rei muttered as she lowered her head as she noticed that her mother was being serious.     

Hancock smiled before taking her daughter and following Kushina towards the guesthouse.     

"I'm surprised they accepted the guest house, they usually entered our home" - Mikoto said as the others nodded.     

"Maybe it's because Kurama hasn't recovered the memories about them, or something just happened to them before they came to this dimension, I mean, they didn't seem confused about their situation" - replied Venelana while frowning - "In fact, they seemed to be very defensive."     

"It's better if we leave them alone, after all, we've already been through this, so we can put ourselves in their shoes" - said Yasaka while nodding - "Anyway, it's time for us to organize this week's assignments"     

"Whose turn is it to check on the kids?" - Mikoto asked as she looked around.     

"Me" - replied Anko calmly, after all, checking on the kids wasn't a bad job, in fact, it was fun because they spent it traveling and training their Pokémon.

"He hasn't kidnapped anyone because he's being watched by Captain Hitsugaya" - Nemu replied seriously.

"So far they haven't done anything unusual, though it's a bit strange that they're still acting so secretive" - Wiz replied as she frowned - "It's like they don't count us as part of their family."     

"Well, they hadn't interacted with the Uzumaki clan from their dimension, so it's not surprising that they're so secretive" - replied Kushina while shaking her head - "Anyway, I think we'd better change the subject"     

"You're right, like for example the one that the Pokémon league wants to use this new region as their central base, and make our clan part of the new gym leaders" - said Lusamine while shaking her head - "What do you all think about it?"     

"Hmm, doesn't sound so bad, I mean, we can teleport all over the region, so it's not like it's an inconvenience that we're separated" - Kushina mused as the others nodded.     

"Hmm, I wouldn't mind becoming the regional professor" - said Ivy as she shrugged, after all, Oak had asked Kurama to move his lab back to Kanto.     

"And where is Kurama-san?" - Wicke asked as she adjusted her glasses.     

"Oh, he's talking to the president of the Pokémon association" - Delia answered with a small smile as she recalled the past.

"So, do you accept?" - asked Charles Goodshow, the president of the Pokémon League.     

"Hmm, I don't know, I mean, I already stopped controlling the clan in this... region..." - Kurama muttered as he thought to himself.     

"Relax, seeing the power of your clan, I don't think you need to work as the protector of the region, so basically you'll just work as the regional champion as a sport" - replied Charles Goodshow - "I'm asking you this because you have a huge record behind you as an undefeated gym leader."     

"I understand, I accept, I can even build the central stadium, as well as the nearby buildings for the organizers and the Pokémon league to live in" - said Kurama calmly - "I just need a picture and that's all, or if you want I can create a replica of the indigo plateau of Kanto"     

"Hmm, that would be a good idea, a replica is more than enough, and then we can modify them with more details" - nodded Charles Goodshow as he started to think - "Ok, I already have a plan ready, what do you think about this layout and the location of the 8 gyms?"     

"I was thinking of creating more gyms with different types to expand the chances of success of the participants to make it to the league" - said Kurama while smiling slightly - "With this we could slightly change some rules of the gyms"     

"Please continue" - said Charles with slight curiosity.     

"It's simple, the rule of needing 8 medals will remain, but in this case there will be more gyms and these will have a medal restriction system" - answered Kurama while remembering a certain Hoenn leader - "The gyms in this region will be divided into certain tiers, and to participate you need at least one medal from tier 2 and 3"     

"And how many gyms do you want to create?" - Charles asked calmly.     

"One per elemental type" - answered Kurama calmly - "As for how we will divide these gyms, I was thinking 3 of tier 3, 5 of tier 2 and the rest will be tier 1 gyms"     

"Interesting..." - muttered Charles as his eyes sparkled with excitement - "Sounds like an interesting proposal, one that we could put into practice, so we could put it in other regions, although I have the next question... What do we do with tier 1 gyms, will these always be easy?"     

"No, these will have the typical system of adapting to the level of the participant, it's just that tier 2 and 3 leaders will have to go with the mentality that they will already be facing opponents of that level" - Kurama answered seriously.     

Charles was silent for a few seconds before nodding - "Ok, I have a few more doubts, but I'm going to let you be the one to organize the final details, although I would like you to call me when you are ready to start the first league to review the results."     

"Consider it done" - nodded Kurama with a small smile - "In fact, I was thinking of announcing this first Pokémon league to the other regions so that everyone can participate in our first event, we'll even facilitate the travelling arrangements with the help of Kukui"     

"Sounds good to me" - nodded Charles as he gave him a handshake - "It was nice talking to you again, Kurama-san."     

"Same here, President Charles Goodshow, it's good to talk to a person who knows what he needs to do" - nodded Kurama as he returned the handshake - "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to create a city and organize the leaders with their respective gyms"     

"Do you think you can tell me how much time you would need to start the organization of the event?" - Charles asked curiously.     

"Hmm, give me a month, and after those 30 days are up I want you to call me to give you the general report, although by that time I will be done with all the preparations" - replied Kurama as he thought about it - "I ask you to call me first as a possible precaution"     

"I understand, let's do it the way you want" - nodded Charles as he called his bodyguards and left.     

Kurama disappeared from the room and appeared in a remote place, a leafy forest that was close to the beach.     

"This place is perfect" - Kurama muttered as he activated his [Sennin Modo] to summon all the Pokémon in the place.     

The creatures of the different species ran in the direction of the silver-haired Kitsune, and looked at him curiously.     

"I'm sorry to call you like this without further notice, it's just that I was coming to let you know that I'm going to build a city in this place" - Kurama said with a small smile and was calling Mewtwo so that he could translate the answers of the inhabitants of this place to him.
