Lin Qiao helped Bai Youyou out of the car and then led them to Lin Yuzhen's ward. He did not say anything along the way.
The top floor of the hospital was a VIP ward. Bai Youyou's legs were a little weak. She had not eaten when she went out in the morning and was very weak. Lin Qiao was by her side supporting her, making her feel like she was already old.

She was stunned on the spot as she saw Lin Yuzhen in her medical uniform hugging Ye Mingchen's waist. Ye Jinyu pulled Lin Yuzhen's arm and cried. Beside the three of them was a nurse who was holding a hanging bottle for Lin Yuzhen.
The scene was somewhat tragic. Ye Mingchen turned his head and saw Bai Youyou at the door. He took a step back and tried to pull Lin Yuzhen's hand away.

Lin Yuzhen sobbed and buried her head in his arms. Her two hands hugged tightly as if he was her life-saving straw. She would not let go no matter what.
