Strongest Replication

C27 Increasing Potential?

C27 Increasing Potential?

Cultivation room, Tranquil Elegant Courtyard:

Chu Zhongtian took out a low Level-10 spirit stone and held it tightly in his hand.

However, he did not use this spirit stone to absorb Qi. Instead, he took out the Meridian Enhancing Pill and used this stone to power the "copy-paste and activated the duplication and adhesion program in his mind to start duplicating the Meridian Enhancing Pill.

A selectfew things decided a cultivator's lifetime achievements: cultivationtalent, comprehension ability, potential, and willpower.

Cultivation talent and comprehension ability were innate, but one's potential could be tweaked.

A cultivator's potential depended on a number of things. What kind of cultivation method they were using, what kind of martial skill they were practicing, and so on. One of these deciding factors was actually a cultivator's meridians.

Since it was a Level-10 pill, Chu Zhongtian had to spend a lot of Qi in duplicating it. Consequently, a single low Level-10 spirit stone was far from enough for its duplication. So, after turning that stone into dust, he immediately took out three more low Level-10 stones without any hesitation.

After spending 20 low Level-10 stones, he was left with 13 Meridian Enhancing Pill copies. This Qi consumption left him gobsmacked.

After all, the 20 low Level-10 stones provided to him by the family were all densely rich with Qi. The spiritual Qi within a single one of them far surpassed what he absorbed from that low Level-10 spirit stone he got the cave.

Yet, three of these stones could only replicate two Meridian Enhancing Pills. This was enough to show how shocking the energy contained within the Meridian Enhancing Pills was.

He was fresh out of Level-10 stones; thankfully, he still had some Level-9 stones left.

After spending 20 Level-10 stones, he stopped with his splurge. Instead, he took out one of the low Level-9 stones and began filling his meridians with its Qi.

For thenext few days, Chu Zhongtian did not leave this place. Half ofhis time was spent absorbing Qi to improve his cultivation level, and theother half practicing the saber technique.

Three days later, all 12 of his meridians were filled with Qi. Right now, his body was bubbling with spiritual power, and as he felt his newfound strength, he felt an intense desire to have an epic showdown with someone or something.

Chu Zhongtian did not suppress this feeling. He lifted the steel knife beside him and left the training room. He went to the field in the front yard that was specially made for practicing martial skills.

He focused his mind and raised the arm holding the knife into the air. He maintained this posture for a full ten seconds before mobilizing his spiritual power under the knife.

He took a step forward with his left leg, shouted, and executed the basic saber technique.

His wasn't particularly fast, but there was a special force of sorts that carried knife forward. The knife cut through the air in front of him, creating a vacuum wherever it passed.

After the attack, Chu Zhongtian's restless desire finally calmed down. At the same time, he had spent all his spiritual power on that one attack, so right now, he was fresh out of power, Qi, and proper psych.

Although his body and mind were exhausted, Chu Zhongtian did not care. He stood where he was with his eyes closed, carefully trying to relive through the special feeling he felt when he thrusted the knife.

However, that feeling seemed to have a mind of its own. No matter how hard he thought about it, he still couldn't understand the essence behind it.

After spending some time pondering over the stab from just now, he didn't return to the cultivation room. Instead, he took out a low Level-9 spirit stone and began recovering his lost Qi.

After he had recovered his Qi, power, a proper mental state, he executed another saber move; it was the same stab as before. Sadly, the special feeling from before did not appear again, which made Chu Zhongtian very depressed.

Chu Zhongtian hadno idea what that feeling or force was. However, after a single tasteof that, he was certain that his offensive power would skyrocket if he coulduse that feeling on the battlefield.

If he could master this force, then he would have a life-saving trump card.

After that, he continued to practice this move. If there was only a minor consumption of his power and Qi, he would just recover it using a spirit stone. However, if he felt exhausted in both body and spirit, he would return to his room for a small break.

This continued for two days, but that feeling never reappeared.

Two days later, Chu Zhongtian completely gave up on trying to grasp that feeling for now. After two days of grinding, he understood that he got that feeling purely out of chance. In the future, only his luck could help him feel that force again.

After returning to the cultivation room, he refilled his 12 meridians and was surprised to find that his Qi and power were now much stronger than before, be it quantity or quality.

Afterthinking for a while, he concluded that it was because he was constantlyemptying and filling his meridians for the past two days. This probably lefthis body in a pseudo state of Qi hunger. Consequently, with each Qi refilling, his body ate\absorbed a bit more than what was required. Finally, those extradroplets after two days of accumulation resulted in this change.

Currently, his 12 meridians were full of Qi, and there was no longer any roomfor any more. He could definitely break through to Level-3 now.

Breaking through and becoming a Level-3 Qi Refiner was Chu Zhongtian's current goal. Now that his goal was right in front of him, he didn't take it. Instead, he took out a Meridian Enhancing Pill and ate it.

Asthe Meridian Enhancing Pill began to take effect in hisbody, Chu Zhongtian could clearly feelhis meridians gradually strengthening and expanding apart from theusual tearing pain.

Thanks to the pill, now his meridians were a bit stronger and wider. Originally, his meridians could no longer hold any more spiritual power; after they expanded a bit, he could now absorb more.

A Level-10 QiIncreasing Pill could strengthen and expand the Meridian by a lotfrom an internal perspective. Chu Zhogntian had a total of 14Meridian Enhancing Pills, he was certain he could enhance his meridians by10% after consuming them all.

10% might not seem like much, but an increase like that could at least double his strength.

For starters, because he consumed Meridian Herbs, his meridians were already far stronger than others. It made three to five times stronger than other cultivators. Therefore, despite being a mere Level-2 Qi Refiner, he could easily fight a Level-3 Qi Refiner.

So, if he got another 10% boost, he could fight toe to toe with a Level-4 Qi Refiner.

There was only a minor level between Level-3 and Level-4, but that didn't mean that Level-4 was just for show. There was a reason Level-1 to Level-3 were early levels, and Level-4 onwards were called intermediate.

So, this wasn't a leap of level—this was a leap of a stage.

Genius!

What was a genius? Anyone with outstanding talent and astonishing comprehension ability, capable of challenging someone above their level. This was the standard measure of a genius.

Chu Zhongtian was motivated by the thought of being called a genius. In the following period, he ate the remaining 13 Meridian Enhancing Pills one after another. The effect was as he had expected. His meridians were strengthened by more than 10%.
