Love Never Ends

He picked her up and walked to the elevator.    

Xi Zhinuan went into the room, changed his shoes, carried Yun Jing upstairs and walked straight to her room.    

Her room, since she had moved to the dormitory, had become much emptier, and her luggage was almost all taken away, to the point where he rarely came in again.    

Xi Zhinuan put her on the bed and was about to get up, but suddenly, two small arms quickly climbed up his neck and stopped him.    

She slowly opened her eyes.    

He didn't look drowsy, but he was in high spirits.    

Xi Zhinuan obviously didn't expect her to wake up so suddenly. His well-built body was almost pressed down by her arm.    

He quickly used his hands to prop himself up against her sides. Lowering his head, his gaze was deep as he looked into her watery eyes. A faint smile appeared on the corner of his mouth. "Pretending to sleep?"

Yun Jing innocently shook his head, "I fell asleep."    

"When did you wake up?"    

Xi Zhinuan reached out his hand to comb the messy hair on her forehead.    

"You woke up when you were carrying him out of the car, but I was too lazy to move, so I didn't say anything …"    

Yun Jing said coquettishly as she rubbed her head against his chest and tightened her arms around his neck.    

Xi Zhinuan hugged her tightly and said, "Alright, stop acting like a spoiled child. Go to sleep, it's over after four more days."

Yun Jing said that he would not let anything out of his arms.    

Xi Zhinuan was helpless and could not help but laugh. "Yun Xiaosan, you sure have seen a lot in your shameless skills."    

When Yun Jing saw him smile, her courage increased even more. She wrapped her arms around his neck and squeezed herself into his embrace, her cheek pressed against his warm chest. Hearing his strong heartbeat, she refused to come out.    

"You are no longer a child …"    

Xi Zhinuan, on the other hand, was a little more patient with her.    

Yun Jing was surprised by his conclusion. She raised her head, straightened her neck and argued, "But don't you always treat me like a child?"

If he could really pull her back into his arms, he probably wouldn't be able to sleep tonight.    

Yun Jing quickly slipped into the blanket and Xi Zhinuan pulled the blanket tightly around her. "When will the class be held tomorrow?"    

"Eight-thirty."    

"Sleep. I'll call you at 8 o'clock. I'll send you over in the morning." "What time is it that you're going to disperse your studies in the afternoon?"    

he asked again.    

"It's noon, school is out. But I have an appointment with Lu Liye, so I'll go play with him."    

Yun Jing answered honestly.    

When Lu Liye was mentioned, Xi Zhinuan's gaze immediately darkened.
