The topic changed too quickly for Qin Muxuan to react. She could only open her mouth slowly.

Qin Muxuan suddenly wanted to laugh. Old Madame Gu could pin anything on her. Did she really think that she was being bullied? So she raised her lips and retorted,    

"Did Director Gu say that to you?"    

"Qin Muxuan! "Qin Muxuan," she said. "Is that how you talk to me?"    

"Old Madame Gu, I only know that respect is mutual. You look down on me and I will not deliberately do something that will make you unhappy. But you keep looking for trouble with me. I am also a person and not a puppet that you want to vent your anger on!"    

Old Madame Gu saw Qin Muxuan competing with each other and her anger accumulated bit by bit. She said with a cold smile.

After Old Madame Gu finished speaking, she picked up her walking stick and stood up. She said coldly,

The door at the back closed and Qin Muxuan's palm turned cold. It turned out that her hard work was not obtained by her own strength but by the favor of the Gu family.

Today was Saturday. Gu Zijin had already gone to the study room. Qin Muxuan struggled to get up and put her hand on her forehead. It was boiling hot. She did not expect Gu Zijin to take her to the hospital. After washing up alone, she asked Uncle Chen to take her to the hospital.    

Gu Zijin came out of the study room and subconsciously looked at the door. Nanny Chen was bringing coffee to him. Gu Zijin pursed his lips and said,    

"Qin Muxuan is not awake yet?"    

"Miss Qin went out just now. She did not look well. She seemed to be going to the hospital."    

"Hospital?"

"Didn't she drink the ginger soup last night?"

Gu Zijin's thin lips twitched. He walked down the stairs and asked the driver to pick up the car. He then started the car and drove to the hospital in the city center.
