Super Little Farmer

I've always been a fast worker. In the afternoon, at my suggestion, Ronnie put the money into place. That night, I went to Jingshan City with Luo Zhiwei, who was returning to Jingshan, and the others. I just came back from there yesterday, and I didn't expect to go again today. Of course, the reason the spirit child came with me was that she was familiar with the place. I was going to shirk it, but I couldn't stand her persuasion, so I agreed. Ronnie had to go, of course. Because she was the boss in name, the representative of the legal person!

Arriving at Jingshan, we each took up our respective duties. Ronnie went through the formalities of business, tax, and so on; Ling Zi went straight back to the mountains to contact her father and mobilize the mountain folk to prepare the stones and wood; I contacted Zhang Jun to organize a large group of carpenters, masons, and mason into the mountains, and to contact the Deputy Mayor Deng of Puxu Town to help me coordinate the local work.

On the way to Jingshan, when we were discussing it with Ronnie, Reiko, and Luo Zhiwei, Luo Zhiwei suggested that it would be better to build one of our own rather than buy it from the outside. This mountain was filled with raw materials. They just needed to get to a good location, hire two technicians, and buy a set of equipment to start their construction! After some thought, I finally agreed. Therefore, I first found this Vice Mayor Deng. Hearing that I was going to set up a factory in the area, the deputy mayor stared at me with his eyes wide open. I didn't know why he was so excited, so I just nodded. When he confirmed that I was prepared to invest 500 thousand yuan in it, he finally calmed down. Still, I could feel his excitement in his trembling hands.

Vice Mayor Deng worked very quickly. The next afternoon I received a reply. I had prepared a large piece of land in the village near the Gadfly Mountain, which had originally been charged 5,000 yuan, but had later learned that my boss was a local and intended to recruit people directly from the village once the factory was built, so that I would not have to pay for it. Of course I was happy. I signed an agreement with the town and went back to my business. Technicians and equipment, of course. I made a call to Zhu Dantong. She agreed immediately. My money went out very quickly. On the third day, two technicians came here. I arranged for them to stay in Zhang Jun's house, and gave them a monthly salary of 3,000 yuan. I also had Vice Mayor Deng select ten quick-witted young men from the Ox-Head Village to study under these two technicians. I already had this idea in my heart. Seeing these two people, I'm afraid they don't want to stay here any longer.

Just one day later, the equipment arrived at the village. As early as three days ago, the construction site was in full swing. Everyone in the village was willing to help, and of course I agreed to pay a certain salary; and a large number of plasterers, carpenters, and masons helped me a great deal. In just three days, a large piece of land had been cleared and a row of brick houses had begun to take shape. The moment these equipment arrived, they would immediately be installed on the construction site.

Even though I had a logistics company, I couldn't squeeze any vehicles out, so I used the Soulchild method to get Vice Mayor Deng's help in buying the raw material for making cement all over the mountain on the side of the site. The $8 a kilo cash purchase price caused an immediate commotion in the area, with even the women involved. The villagers, with their shoulders hunched or pushing carts, were continuously bringing in raw materials. These villagers had a lot of strength, but what they lacked was money. When I used this method, I didn't think it would have such a good effect. Well, I saved the cost of a logistics team!

Vice Mayor Deng was in much better shape now. I heard from a town official that he had been recognized as one of the people who had contributed to Puxu Town, because he had been able to draw up two funds at once. One of them was the Gadfly Mountain Tourism Company, which had registered a capital of ten million yuan and had invested more than five million yuan in its initial investment. That was what Director Luo had said when the leaders of the town had invited the tour company, Director Luo, to dinner. The other was, of course, our cement factory, which had invested a million yuan.

When I first heard this, I almost laughed. Because this cement factory and that tourism company were originally the same, but I wanted to do things conveniently, temporarily registered one in Jingshan City, registered capital of one million yuan. The money, of course, had been drawn from Ronnie's company. Unexpectedly, this careless action of mine, in the eyes of this local, turned out to be a case of attracting capital. However, when I thought about how Vice Mayor Deng could get a reward from us, I was quite happy and didn't want to make things clear. Of course, I was also invited by some of the town leaders to dinner. I couldn't shirk it, so I went. At the dinner table, the chubby secretary of the Wuzhen Committee kept thanking me. I didn't say anything, just toasted him and smiled. I was the one who went to dinner, and the child was still in the mountains and had not come back, and Ronnie, who lived with me, went to dinner on her own after we had discussed it, and she was at her dinner and I was at mine. It even made it ridiculous for Ronnie to talk about it that night when I was doing some exercise on Ronnie. There was only one boss, and that was me. There was only one reason for it: to make the trip to Gadfly Mountain, and everything else was just for the sake of supporting it; but no, in this case, Ronnie was the biggest boss, and I was only a little boss. Looking at her smile, the pair of elegant and beautiful women in front of her chest were slightly trembling. Her interest was greatly piqued. Ronnie had been confused several times that night. In the end, when Ronnie finally went limp, I simply grabbed the two of them with my hand and pulled out my essence with my own words.

The next day, my cement factory went into production. As I had previously promised, I hired the local farmers to the maximum extent possible. They were divided into two main groups. One group worked in the cement factory as a worker, while the other group helped to build the cement road. Considering the coming summer, I even learned how to build tunnels on the ZhanTian You Railway. Several places were built at the same time. Fortunately, the women of these villagers, or the elderly and children, could all do the work and supply the raw materials well. This set of equipment had been working day and night, and had just met the construction requirements. The progress in the mountains was also very smooth. According to the phone call from Seiko, everything was going well. Of course, I also took the time to go into the mountain to take a look, and found out that, as I had predicted, the mountain man was serious in his work, with Old Liu and Reiko personally in charge, and that all the work was better than I had expected. Even Old Liu's experience had fused well with Ling Zi's cleverness. The connection between many mountain roads and the construction of some facilities, aside from my overall thinking, is exceptionally creative!
