Super Little Farmer

I smiled bitterly. I don't know why I thought of them both. After slightly calming himself down and completing the remittance, he then busied himself with his second task.

The second thing was to do two more specific things with Ye Shuzhen. The first thing was to open two new shops in Jing Chu. As a result, the number of Zhang Yun's Fresh Food Supermarket in Jingchu City has reached six stores. And the funds on my account also reached an astonishing 400 million over. Of course, the bulk of this is the money of your suppliers. The second thing was to confirm the development plan of the supermarket. These include three aspects. On the one hand, they continued to develop in Jingchu City, striving to reach the total number of 10 stores in the year. They planned for the 25 stores in Jingchu City to take up the majority of the share and to occupy the place where almost all the population was concentrated; on the other hand, they developed in all the cities and states to open up storefronts in the four nearest cities to the provincial capital in the year; on the other hand, they planned for the opening of more than 5 storefronts in each of the 13 cities and states in the province. Aha, except for the provincial capital; and all of these shops require a single area of more than 30 thousand square meters, which is to say, to become the supermarkets of the local cities and states; the third aspect is to take the road of the townships and towns, with the counties and towns under the jurisdiction of Jingchu City as the reference, open the shops and try to open more than 10 small and medium-sized rural supermarkets directly facing the countryside in the five counties and towns under the jurisdiction of Jingchu City in the year; however, there are at least one township, two or more economically developed ones in each township, and therefore open every township in the whole province!

On the second matter, I'm in favor of both hands. It doesn't necessarily earn me money, but at least I can do some of the following. One, I open shops in these towns, I can maximize the attraction of local migrant workers to work. Although, according to Ye Shuzhen's calculations, the basic salary I give to the staff of this town supermarket is only 650 yuan a month, I believe that this is a decent and realistic figure for most farmers in Nanwei Province, because most of our migrant workers only have one male worker per family, and their annual net income is between 4,000 yuan and 6,000 yuan; women usually can't find a job. Most of the people I recruited were rural women, including their Chinese food. I believe that this will be helpful to most of the peasant families that have joined us. And I can afford it. If I go higher, I will be under a lot of pressure. It will be detrimental to my development and, of course, to their long-term work development needs. On the other hand, I believe that the supermarkets I open in the countryside can provide farmers with the most affordable products. I'm from the mountains and I'm too familiar with this situation. I wish I could change that. Three, I believe that my supermarket, because apart from the unified purchase, there is also a part of local procurement, this can effectively promote the exchange and sale of rural products, and thus indirectly increase farmers' income. The four of them were things that I didn't expect. However, Ye Shuzhen's reminder made me a little excited. Because of the increase in the number of shops I open, whether I open to the center of the city, to the city state, or to rural towns, as long as the number of effective stores, will effectively drive the sales of related products, this will affect our supermarket in the minds of the suppliers. As a result, in the process of negotiating with them, we will get a more favorable price. This person will be more advantageous to our competitive position, the two will benefit us to get a higher profit margin, and the three will help us to contribute a more affordable product to the general consumer!

Fourthly, I have not thought about it. However, Ye Shuzhen's analysis has really tempted me! It was also when I finally agreed to her big plan. In addition, according to her proposal and the combination of my and Zhu Dantong's opinions, we will set up an expansion department in the raw supermarket, which will be responsible for the expansion of the supermarket. In addition, the three supermarkets have different names: those developed in the provincial capital, and those developed in the core city of each city, uniformly use the brand of "Zhang Yun Sheng Yao Supermarket", and form a chain development. Among them, the general opening of the supermarkets more than 10 thousand square meters, directly with the local name, the formation of a regional characteristics of the "fresh supermarket", next to the serial numbers, to show its size. For example, we opened the Jingchuan Shiling Supermarket in Jingchu City, called "Zhangyun Shicheng Shiling Store", next to the number "Chain 005 Store". The second way is to open the core areas of rural towns, all of them add the words "HuiNong" before the word "supermarket". For example, we intend to open a shop in Wenjiashan Town, which we call "Zhang Yunsheng Fresh Huinong Supermarket Jing Chuwen Lishan Shop", with the serial number of "Huinong Chain No. 001 Shop". This kind of rural town core area shop, requires a single store area of more than 5000 square meters. As for the third form, it requires a single store area of more than 30 thousand square meters, the beginning of the name "Zhang Yunsheng Fresh Shopping Plaza." Of course, regardless of the three forms, all the fresh supermarkets to achieve brand unity, that is, "Zhang Yun" brand. Now, the brand, with Ronnie's help, is in the books; meanwhile, there is a unity of decoration, employee clothing, and overall image. Of course I understood the implications of all these suggestions made to me by Ye Shucheng, and I agreed with them.

In short, in terms of the fresh supermarket, I'm basically in favor of it. In fact, there was only one thing that annoyed me about it. In other words, Ye Shuzhen needed a lot of liquidity, so it was almost impossible for her to pull money out of the company she was working for to allow me to develop anything else. This forced me to temporarily slow down the expansion of a few ideas that I had intended to develop in other areas.

In fact, she wasn't the only one who needed money. The companies that Yukiko was in charge of also needed a lot of money. Because according to her original plan, within this year, she would be able to develop the original vegetable company, the breeding company, and the planting company. She would also be able to reorganize the logistics company and set up a transportation company. Later, under everyone's persuasion, and after much deliberation, finally apart from the five companies above, I finally agreed with her idea, and set up two new ones: a special-breeding company and a special-growing company. Different from the original breeding company and the planting company, the special breeding company was only responsible for raising wild boar, snake and other special animals, while the ordinary breeding company was responsible for raising ordinary pigs, cattle, chickens, ducks, etc. However, this kind of general breeding all required that the original geographical and material conditions of the Gadfly Mountain be utilized as much as possible, and no fodder was used.

In this respect, it must be admitted that Gadfly Mountain was a very good place. The raising of chickens, ducks, pigs, and the like were all surrounded by a cove. If one were to casually place any of these livestock in there, they would be allowed to grow well on their own. Not every place had such burial conditions. As for the material conditions, they referred to the wild herbs and weeds that were everywhere in the mountain. This was the best way to feed these guys.
