One Piece: Supreme King

Honestly speaking, even with Lu Fei's current strength, he would not be a match for Katakuza even if he did not advance to the fourth stage.    

    

Katakuzi was a true expert that stood at the top of the world.    

    

"Enter the third tier!"    

    

"Rubber, Grizzly Balls!"    

    

Lu Fei blew fiercely into his body, and then his arm grew as big as a balloon. He then passed it along, and the area in his palm suddenly became twice as big. Like two giant spheres, he shot towards Katakuya like a meteorite.

Kataku's expression did not change. With a flash, he disappeared from where he stood and reappeared in front of Lu Fei. His long legs lashed out at Lu Fei's head once more.

Just like the first time when Lu Fei and Katakuzi met, Lu Fei still had no advantage against Katakuza. He was struck once again, and was blasted below the deck of the Myriad Miles Sunlight Ship.    

    

Lu Fei had grown up, and so had Katakuza.

Katakuza said something in a low voice, and then the ground began to move like butter, and then four or five automatic balls of spindles, all of them flying toward the road beneath the deck.    

    

"Enter the fourth tier!"    

    

Lu Fei gritted his teeth and entered the fourth stage, transforming into a purple and red elastic body.    

    

There was no other way. If he didn't enter the fourth stage, he wouldn't even have the qualifications to fight against Katakuza.    

    

Kataku was stronger than him in every respect, even though he had now become the King of Thieves. It was the same.
