Husband's Crazy Love

It had been a few days since hubby Qu came back. Jian Xi initially thought that she would have to wait until tomorrow's wedding before she could see him. She didn't expect that hubby Qu would come back in the wee hours of the morning.    

    

Jian Xi had already woken up. She only closed her eyes and pretended to sleep. Then, she waited for hubby Qu to torture and torture her. But what Jian Xi did not expect was that hubby Qu did not torture her tonight. After entering the bedroom, she directly took her pajamas from the closet and walked into the bathroom. She washed up and came out. He directly laid on the bed and did not touch her.    

    

Even so, Jian Xi did not dare to relax and just waited stiffly. After waiting for an unknown amount of time, hubby Qu still did not have any movements or reaction. Only then did Jian Xi dare to let out a long sigh of relief. She almost choked herself to death.    

    

She slightly raised her head to look at hubby Qu who was lying beside her. Jian Xi had a trace of puzzlement. Then she remembered that tomorrow would be their wedding. Perhaps hubby Qu wanted to make her appear in front of the guests tomorrow to make her not lose face. That was why she slept so peacefully tonight.    

    

Jian Xi heard hubby Qu's steady breathing and felt that hubby Qu should have fallen asleep already! Thinking that she had never seen what hubby Qu looked like until now, Jian Xi had an impulse in her heart. She wanted to take advantage of the time when hubby Qu was sleeping to turn on the light and take a look. She just wanted to take a look at what hubby Qu looked like. At the wedding tomorrow, she wouldn't be too surprised by hubby Qu's appearance. Or perhaps she might even mistake him for someone else.    

    

Even if hubby Qu looked to be in his forties or fifties, or even bald, Jian Xi still wanted to make mental preparations in advance, whether it was tomorrow or the day she had to face in the future.    

    

Thinking of this, Jian Xi began to slowly move. She passed hubby Qu's face and wanted to turn on the light on the bedside table near hubby Qu. However, just as her hand reached over, her hand did not even touch the switch of the light. A hand suddenly grabbed her and Jian Xi was shocked. She cried out in a low voice.    

    

"What do you want to do?" hubby Qu asked coldly.    

    

"I... I just want..." Jian Xi was so anxious that her forehead was covered with sweat. She wanted to find an excuse, but her mind was blank and she could not remember it.    

    

"If you don't want to sleep peacefully..."    

    

Before hubby Qu could finish, Jian Xi answered first. "Sleep, I'll sleep right away." Then she immediately laid back on the bed and covered herself with the blanket. After lying down, he didn't forget to explain and find an excuse to say. "I just got up because I was thirsty."    

    

When hubby Qu heard this, he couldn't bear to expose Jian Xi's lame excuse. "Didn't you prepare a cup of water every night?"    

    

"Ah! Yes, yes! I forgot! " Jian Xi nervously replied with a stutter, and in order to make hubby Qu believe, struggling weakly, she got up to pick up the cup and poured it into her stomach. Only then did her nervous heart calm down a little.    

    

After lying down again, Jian Xi did not dare to make any movements and lied down without moving. Finally, she could not hold on any longer and fell asleep in a daze.    

    

On the other hand, hubby Qu, who was beside Jian Xi, closed his eyes and slept for a long time. Listening to Jian Xi's breathing, he knew that she had fallen asleep. But he seemed to have insomnia tonight and could not sleep at all.    

    

In his mind, he recalled what he had been doing all this time and what he was about to do in the future. At this moment, he was a little confused and unsure if he should continue. He was not sure if he could still harden his heart to treat Jian Xi.    

    

No, he could not think that way. How could he think that way! This was the thing he had always wanted to do the most!    

    

Hubby Qu forced himself to stop thinking about it and shake his heart. Jian Xi, who was sleeping, suddenly turned around and leaned close to her without realizing it. Her hands crossed his body and her legs pressed against his legs. She fell asleep happily.    

    

Hubby Qu smiled helplessly.    

    

When he woke up, he wished he could stay as far away from him as possible. However, once he fell into a deep sleep, he would always unconsciously approach him. He would even be tied up like an octopus. However, it was undeniable that under such circumstances, his sleep quality was actually better.    

    

Thinking of tomorrow's wedding, hubby Qu finally stopped thinking about random things. He closed his eyes and reached out to hug Jian Xi's waist. Following Jian Xi's breathing, he fell into a deep sleep.    

    

When she woke up in the morning, Jian Xi thought that she would at least be able to see hubby Qu when she woke up today. Then she went to the church with hubby Qu. In the end, when she woke up early in the morning, hubby Qu was no longer in the villa. It was Gufeng who brought a group of people to the villa. After that, Jian Xi was like a puppet, allowing the makeup artists to draw makeup on her face. She changed into a wedding dress and made headgear.    

    

During this time, Jian Xi even took a break to eat the breakfast that Mrs Zhang prepared.    

    

It was unknown if it was two hours or three hours. Those people finally stopped and looked at the well-dressed bride. Each and every one of them seemed to have eaten honey in their mouths as they continuously praised Jian Xi for being very beautiful. She must be the most beautiful bride. There were also many people who were envious of Jian Xi, but only Jian Xi knew in her heart. If she could do it again, perhaps she would make a different choice. Perhaps in the end, when she was forced into a corner, she would still make the same choice.    

    

Seeing that Jian Xi was done, Gufeng came up and said to Jian Xi. "Are you ready? Since you are ready, then let's go!"    

    

Jian Xi followed Gufeng and left. Mrs Zhang followed Jian Xi and Gufeng sat in the same car. Today, Gufeng was no longer a driver. Instead, he sat in the passenger seat. Although it was not intentional, Jian Xi still felt that Gufeng seemed to be dressed very grandly today. Thinking about it again, today was his boss's wedding. It would be strange if he dressed casually.    

    

The people who dressed up for Jian Xi boarded another car and followed them to the church.    

    

After they reached the church, Gufeng led Jian Xi and Mrs Zhang to a bridal lounge. He left and even reminded Jian Xi before he left. Stay in the lounge and don't go anywhere until the wedding starts. Jian Xi nodded her head in agreement before Gufeng lifted his foot and left.    

    

He walked out of the lounge and closed the door. He looked at the two men standing on both sides of the door and nodded at Gufeng. Gufeng then left and returned to the church wedding to check the situation.    

    

The people who came with Jian Xi and the others first entered the wedding venue. They chatted and ate. Perhaps everyone knew that the people who came today were all important people. There was a huge difference between them and the people here, so they each ate something at their own place. Then, they ran to a corner and started chatting.    

    

"When I first saw the bride, I felt that she was really ordinary. I didn't think that after wearing the wedding dress and dressing up, she would actually become so beautiful"    

    

"Me too. You guys didn't know that I finished painting for her. I simply couldn't believe it. I thought that the person I saw after I finished putting on makeup was actually two people."    

    

"Indeed, I've seen so many brides. This is the first time I've seen someone who changed so much but didn't lose her original taste."    

    

"And her skin is fine, white and tender. It's really enviable."
